The [...] by vertue [...] Blacksmith doe [...]shall have and hold [...] with the appurten[a]nc[e]s in the towne of Coleraine [...] Richard ffourchier or his assignes and [...] being part of a close adioning to the high way leading from Colerane aforesaid to Ballimoney and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Richard ffourchier or his assignes w[i]th all wayes and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past and for and under the yearly rent of six pounds paiable in such maner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condition covenants and agreements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said commissioners and Thomas Brotherton beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Richard Skammon have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said eighth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalf by virtue of the said Commission and John Roe of the towne of Colerane [...] doe conclude and agree that the said John Roe and his assignes shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement garden and backside w[i]th the appurtenances in Colerane aforesaid and fower closes or parcells of land and pasture with the appurtenances in Colerane aforesaid conteining one and twenty acres Irish measure All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John Roe or his assignes w[i]th all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th [th]e like exceptions for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past Butt for and under the yearly rent of Tenn pounds sterling paiable in such maner and att such daies and tymes and with under [and] upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and John Eaton beforenamed are contained save onley that whereas the said John Eaton is to find one pike and Corslet furnished the said John Roe is in liew thereof to find in [...] his ma[ies]ties service two musketts furnished and noe pike nor corslett In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said John Roe have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The […] by virtue […], blacksmith, do […] shall have and hold […] with the appurtenances in the town of Coleraine, […] Richard fourchier or his assigns and […] being part of a close adjoining to the highway leading from Coleraine aforesaid to Ballymoney and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Richard Fourchier or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of six pounds payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Brotherton beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Richard Skammon have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said eighth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Roe of the town of Coleraine, […], do conclude and agree that the said John Roe and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances, in Coleraine aforesaid, and four closes or parcels of land and pasture with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, containing one and twenty acres Irish measure. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said John Roe or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past. But for and under the yearly rent of ten pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Eaton beforenamed are contained,}save only that whereas the said John Eaton is to find one pike and corslet furnished, the said John Roe is in lieu thereof to find in […] his Majesty’s service two muskets furnished and no pike nor corslet.
