The said Nynth day of September the said Com[m]ission ers for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Edmund O Mullan of Dungevyn in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] do conclude and agree that the said Edmund and his assignes shall h ave and hold all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the n ame of C[...]with the appurtenanc[e]s in Dungevyn aforesaid or by whatso ever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteyninge by estimac[i]on one hundred and fowerscore acres Irishe measure and all cabins edifices and buildings thereup[p]on and allso all waies and pass ages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillipp and Jacob now last past for [and] under the yearly rent of Seaven pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and up[p]on such further and the like condic[i]on Covenants and agreem[en]ts as in the afo resaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and Owen Oge O Haggan beforenamed are conteined In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]iss ioners and the said Edmund have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said ninth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Brian Oge O’Cahan of Banagher, also Banagher cum Dungiven, in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Brian and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Gellany with the appurtenances in Banagher, also Banagher cum Dungiven, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, and containing by estimation […] and three acres Irish measure and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon. And also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of ten pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement mady by the said commissioners and Owen Oge O’Haggan beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Brian have put to their hands the say and year abovewritten:

The said ninth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Edmund O’Mullan of Dungiven in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Edmund and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of C[…] with the appurtenances in Dungiven aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred and four-score acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of seven pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Owen Oge O’Haggan beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Edmund have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
