The foresaid fower and twentiethe day of September the foresaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Raphe Gee of Castle toome in the countie of Antrim gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Raphe Gee and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Aghrem al[l]s[o] Aghrem Killetra with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Artra in the late countie of Londonderry al[l]s[o] Tyrone or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on two hundred and threescore acres Irishe measure with all waies [and] passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twentie yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffifteene pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and James Young beforenamed are conteined with this further agreement that the said Raphe and his assignes shall within two yeares now next comeing fence inclose and incopice with dikes and double quicksett Tenn acres of Irishe measure of the woods and woodgrounds p[ar]cell of the foresaid p[re]misses and the same with good and sufficient fences and inclosures shall well and sufficiently p[re]serve and keepe during the said terme and the same tenn acres shall during the said terme p[re]serve and keepe as coppicewoods from hurt and spoile and uppon everie fell that shal[l] be made thereof shall new incopice the same with sufficient fences and inclosures after the manner and usage in England and shall allsoe preserve and keepe uppon everie acre of the foresaid tenn acres at everie felling and cutting thereof thirtie young storiers and thirty standalls of oake and ashe fitt to make timber trees. The said fower and twentiethe day of September the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Thomas Bacon of the Citty of Dublyn gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Thomas and his assignes shall have and hold All that Castell or Capitall Messuage of Magharafelt with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Magharafelt in the late countie of Londonderry and the backside thereunto belonging and two peeces or parcells of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Magharafelt aforesaid p[ar]cell of the Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Magharafelt and conteining by estimac[i]on by estimac[i]on twentie acres Irishe measure late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Hester Matchett widdowe or her assignes and nine Cottages with the severall gardens and backsides thereunto respectively belonging in Magharafelt aforesaid and now or late in the severall tenures or occupac[i]ons of Kall O Murray Nich[ol]as Burne Robert Wilton Patrick ffarrall Thomas Pitts Mary O Haggan Silvester ffleetwood Patricke O Donnelly and Thomas Hughe or their assignes and allsoe all those three Townelands commonly called or knowne by the several name or names of Mullaboy Lackey and Killafadda or by whatsoever other name or names the same or anie of them be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on [...] acres

The foresaid four and twentieth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Ralph Gee of Toome Castle in the county of Antrim, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Ralph Gee and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Aughrim, also Aughrim Killetra, with the appurtenances in Artrea in the late county of Londonderry, also Tyrone, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation two hundred and three-score acres Irish measure, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of fifteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Young beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement that the said Ralph and his assigns shall, within two years now next coming, fence, enclose, and encoppice with dikes and double quicksett ten acres of Irish measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcel of the foresaid premises, and the same with good and sufficient fences and enclosures shall well and sufficiently preserve and keep during the said term, and the same ten acres shall during the said term preserve and keep as coppicewoods from hurt and spoil, and upon every fell that shall be made thereof shall new encoppice the same with sufficient fences and enclosures after the manner and usage in England, and shall also preserve and keep upon every acre of the foresaid ten acres at every felling and cutting thereof thirty young storiers and thirty standalls of oak and ash fit to make timber trees.
