The said ffowerth day of September the said Com[m]issioners and James Wilson of Tawghlaught ffinlegan in the late Countie of London derry Butcher do agree that the said James and his assignes shall have and hold one Cottage built by the said James at his owne proper costs and charges and garden plott there unto and wyndinge in Tawghlett ffynlegan aforesaid and nowe in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said James or his assignes ffor the like terme and under the yearelie rent of thirteene shillinges fower pence payable in such manner and w[i]th and upon the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as are conteined in the foresaid agreement made by the said Com[m]issioners and the said John Carter before named save onely that the said James is not tyed to plant any trees.

17 Henry ffinch George Doweinge

The sixt day of the said moneth of September the foresaid Com[m]ission ers for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[missi]on And Henry ffinch one of the Aldermen of the late Cittie of London Derry and George doweinge of Bally-kelly in the late County of London Derry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree That the said Henry and George and their assignes shall have and hold one Messuage or tenem[en]t stable kill house and other edifices and buildinges there unto belonginge and one garden and percell of land conteineinge by estimac[i]on [...] roods and three and twenty perches Irishe measure All w[hi]ch premisses are sci tuate and beinge in Tawlaght ffinlegan in the said late County and nowe or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of John Berkyn or his assignes with all wayes and passages unto the premisses or anie parte thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therew[i]th w[i]th the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob nowe last past for and under the yearelie rent of six pounds sterlinge payable in such manner and at such daies and tymes and w[i]th under and upon such further and the like cond ition coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and John Carter before named are conteined In wittnes whereof the said Co mmissioners and the said Henry and George have put[t] to theire hands the day and yeare above written:

John Dowdale and his assigns shall have and hold all that cottage or tenement and garden […]on pound with the appurtenances in Tamlaght Finlagen, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said John or his assigns, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of forty-five shillings sterling payable in such manner and with, upon, and under such further and the like agreements, covenants, and condition as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the said John Carter beforenamed are contained, save only that the said John Dowdale is not bound nor tied to the planting of any trees. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said John Dowdale have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said fourth day of September, the said commissioners and James Wilson of Tamlaght Finlagan in the late county of Londonderry, butcher, do agree that the said James and his assigns shall have and hold one cottage built by the said James at his own proper costs and charges, and garden plot thereunto and winding in Tamlaght Finlagan aforesaid, and now in the tenure or occupation of the said James or his assigns, for the like term and under the yearly rent of thirteen shillings four pence payable in such manner and with and upon the like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the said John Carter beforenamed, save only that the said James is not tied to plant any trees.

17 Henry Finch George Dowing

The sixth day of the said month of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Henry Finch, one of the Aldermen of the late city of Londonderry, and George Dowing of Ballykelly in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Henry and George and their assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, stable, kill-house, and other edifices and buildings thereunto belonging and one garden and parcel of land, containing by estimation […] roods and three and twenty perches Irish measure. All which premises are situate and being in Tamlaght Finlagan in the said late county, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of John Berkyn or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of six pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Carter beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Henry and George have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
