The aforesaid one and twentiethe day of September the foresaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Turlough mc Peake of Killaloughe in the late countie of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Turloughe and his assigns shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly knowne by the name of [...] with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Killaloughe afore said or by what soever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on six hundred acres Irishe measure with all ways and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Ph illip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Sixteene pounds and tenn shillings sterling payable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made b y the said commissioners and Michaell Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are conteined and with this further agreement and uppon condic[i]on that if the said Turloughe does not within [...] years now next comeing repaire to Churche and in all things conforme himselfe to the orders and discipline of the Churche of England that then if the Attourney generall in England of his ma[ies]tie his heires or successors shall under his hand in writing expresse or declare that it is the will and pleasure of his ma[ies]tie his heires or successors that the said Turloughe or his assigns shall noe longer hold or enioy the foresaid premises that then and from thence forth the p[re]sent contract and agreem[en]t and the grannt and lease thereupon to be made shall cease determine and be void anie thing in these presents or in the said grant or least to be conteined to the contrary thereof in anie wise not withstanding In witnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Turloughe have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Turlow McPeak of Killelagh in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Turlow and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly known by the name of […], with the appurtenances in Killelagh aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation six hundred acres Irish measure with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of sixteen pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Michael Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are contained, and with this further agreement and upon condition that if the said Turlow does not within […] years now next coming repair to church and in all things conform himself to the orders and discipline of the Church of England, that then if the Attorney General in England of his Majesty, his heirs or successors shall, under his hand in writing, express or declare that it is the will and pleasure of his Majesty, his heirs or successors that the said Turlow or his assigns shall no longer hold or enjoy the foresaid premises, that then and from thenceforth the present contract and agreement and the grant and lease thereupon to be made shall cease, determine, and be void, any thing in these presents or in the said grant or least to be contained to the contrary thereof in anywise not withstanding.
