The said twelveth day of July the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Mary Parrott one of the daughters of William Parrott one of the Aldermen of the towne of Colerane doe conclude and agree that the said Mary Parrott and her assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid and one close or p[ar]cell of land and pasture with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid bounding uppon the high way leading from the said towne of Colerane to Inislogan on the west and to lands now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Tristram Beresford th[e] elder esquire on the east and conteining by estimac[i]on two acres Irish measure and one other close or p[ar]cell of land and pasture in Colerane aforesaid bounding uppon the said highe way northeast and uppon the lands now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Richard Barwick or his assignes and conteining by estimac[i]on seaven acres and three roods. All which lands now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said William Parrott or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of fifteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Eaton beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement and exception and reservation unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors of all the fishings and taking of salmon, eels, and other fish in the River of Bann, with free liberty for his Majesty, his heirs and successors, and his and their tenants and farmers and the fishers of the said river to make houses and draw their nets and do any other thing else whatsover upon the premises concerning the said fishings. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said William Parrott have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Mary Parrott 122.

The said twelfth day of July, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission and Mary Parrott, one of the daughters of William Parrott, one of the Aldermen of the town of Coleraine, do conclude and agree that the said Mary Parrott and her assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, and one close or parcel of land and pasture with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, bounding upon the highway leading from the said town of Coleraine to Inislogan on the west and to lands now or late in the tenure or occupation of Tristram Beresford, the elder, esquire, on the east and containing by estimation two acres Irish measure, and one other close or parcel of land and pasture in Coleraine aforesaid, bounding upon the said highway northeast and upon the lands now or late in the tenure or occupation of Richard Barwick or his assigns, and containing by estimation seven acres and three roods. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said William Parrott or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Philip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of vi pounds x shillings  […] at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and […]
