The aforesaid twentieth day of August the aforesaid commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalf by virtue of the said commission and [...] Londonderry [...] do conclude and agree that the said William and Richard and their assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement garden and backside thereunto adioining with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Gratious streete in the late citty of Londonderry and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Richard Stocks and John Rogers or their assignes and one p[ar]cal of land conteining by estimac[i]on eight acres Irish measure lyeing within the lib[er]ties of the said late citty and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Raphe Craven or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie parte thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffive pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Stephen Godfrey beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said William and Richard have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Richard Burdus of the late citty of Londonderry Sadler [and] Henry Adniston of the said late citty Baker doe conclude and agree that the said Richard and Henry and their assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t and the gardens and backsides thereunto belonging and adioining with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Queenestreete als[o] Bishoppsgatestreet in the said late citty and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Richard and Henry or their assignes and one p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the lib[er]ties of the said late citty conteining by estimac[i]on twelve acres Irishe measure and late in the occupac[i]on of John Seares or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like exceptions and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Eight pounds sterling payable in such manner and att such days and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condition coven[a]nts and agreements as in th e aforesaid agreement made by the said Commi ssioners and [...] beforenamed are contained In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Richard Burdus and Henry Adniston have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and  […] Londonderry  […], do conclude and agree that the said William and Richard and their assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside thereunto adjoining, with the appurtenances, in Gracious Street in the late city of Londonderry, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of Richard Stocks and John Rogers or their assigns, and one parcel of land containing by estimation eight acres Irish measure lying within the Liberties of the said late city, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of Ralph Craven or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Stephen Godfrey beforenamed are contained. The aforesaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Sansum of the late city of Londonderry, smith, and Francis Nobbs of the said late city, shoemaker, do conclude and agree that the said William and Francis and their assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement with the appurtenances  […] late city of Londonderry, and one parcel of land thereunto adjoining, containing by estimation  […] acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said William Sansum or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained. The aforesaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Burdus of the late city of Londonderry, saddler, and Henry Adniston of the said late city, baker, do conclude and agree that the said Richard and Henry and their assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, and the gardens and backsides thereunto belonging and adjoining, with the appurtenances, in Queens Street, also Bishopsgate Street, in the said late city and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Richard and Henry or their assigns, and one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city, containing by estimation twelve acres Irish measure and late in the occupation of John Seares or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and  […] beforenamed are contained.
