The aforesaid one and thirtieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Robert Thornton one of the Aldermen of the late Citty of Londonderry doe conclude and agree that the said Robert Thornton and his assignes shall have and hold one p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s lieing without the Butchers gate in the late Citty of Londonderry being p[ar]cell of the lands called by the name of Packers bogg and adioining in p[ar]t to the kings highe way leading from the said late city to Cullmore Castle and conteining by estimac[i]on one acre Irish measure and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Robert Thornton or his assignes and one cabbin thereuppon with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t th ereof belonging or form[er]ly enjoyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the term of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed Virgin Ma rynow last past for and under the yearly rent of Thirty shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like Condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Robert Thornton have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Robert Kile [and] Robert Lawson 158.

The said one and thirtieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Robert Kile of the late Citty of Londonderry Cowp[er] and Robert Lawson of the late Citty of Londonderry marchant doe conclude and agree that the said Robert Kile and Robert Lawson and their assignes shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement and the garden and backside thereunto adioining and belonging with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Silverstreete in the said late Citty and allsoe one peece or p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the lib[er]tyes of the said late Citty conteining by estimac[i]on twelve acres Irishe measure all w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Robert Kile or his assignes w[i]th all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly en joyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the feast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Eight pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and at such dayes and times and with under [and] uppon such further [and] the like condic[i]on covenants and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Com[missioner]s [and] John [...] beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof [th]e said commissioners and the said Robert and Robert have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Robert Thornton 157.

The aforesaid one and thirtieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Thornton, one of the Aldermen of the late city of Londonderry, do conclude and agree that the said Robert Thornton and his assigns shall have and hold one parcel of land, with the appurtenances, lying without the Butchers Gate in the late city of Londonderry, being parcel of the lands called by the name of Packers Bog and adjoining in part to the King’s highway leading from the said late city to Culmore Castle, and containing by estimation one acre Irish measure and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Robert Thornton or his assigns, and one cabin thereupon with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of thirty shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Robert Thornton have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Robert Kile and Robert Lawson 158.

The said one and thirtieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Kile of the late city of Londonderry, cowper, and Robert Lawson of the late city of Londonderry, merchant, do conclude and agree that the said Robert Kile and Robert Lawson and their assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement and the garden and backside thereunto adjoining and belonging, with the appurtenances, in Silver Street in the said late city, and also one piece or parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city, containing by estimation twelve acres Irish measure, all which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Robert Kile or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of right pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John  […] beforenamed are contained.
