The aforesaid six and twentieth day of August the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Gabriell Heatly of the late city of Londonderry gentleman do conclude and agree that the said Gabriell and his assignes shall have and hold one me ssuage or tenement garden and backside thereunto belonging with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Gratious streete in the said late Citty and one parcel of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the lib[er]ties of the said late Citty and conteining by estimac[i]on eight acres Irishe measure and one de[...]ed house and backside thereunto belonging in the said late Citty and adioining to lands now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of [...] ffinche [...] or their assignes All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in [th]e tenure or occupac[i]on of Robert Thornton or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the term of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Six pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Com[m]ission[er]s and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Com[m]ission[er]s and the said Gabriell Heatley have putt to their hands the day [and] yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid six and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalf by virtue of the said Commission and Robert Thornton esquire one of the Aldermen of the said late city do conclude and agree that the said Robert Thornton and his assignes shall have and hold one smale piece or parcel of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Pumpstreete in the said late Citty being inclosed and lying near unto the houses late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Robert Thomson and Edward Warren w[hi]ch peece or p[ar]cell of land now is or late was in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Robert Thornton or his assignes for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner [and] att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Robert Thornton have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid six and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Commission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and George Carey Esquire Recorder of the late Citty of Londonderry doe conclude and agree that the said George Carey and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t and the garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s thereunto belonging in Silverstreete in the said late Citty and one p[ar]cell of land with th[e] app[ur]ten[a]nc[e]s within the lib[er]tyes of the said late Citty conteining by estimac[i]on eighteene acres Irish measure All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said George or his assignes and one p[ar]cell of land in the Island of Derry conteining by estimac[i]on one acre of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in in the Island of Derry now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of John Bingham and Ann Maior or their assignes and allsoe one p[ar]cell of meadow with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s conteining by estimac[i]on fower acres Irishe measure bounding to the River of Loughfoile and to the highe way leading from the said late Citty to Cullmore Castle and now in the occupac[i]on of the said George or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Twelve pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such man[n]er and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on covenants and agreements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com missioners [...]

All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of Robert Thornton or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of six pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Gabriel Heatley have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Robert Thornton have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid six and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and George Carey, esquire, Recorder of the late city of Londonderry, do conclude and agree that the said George Carey and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and the garden and backside, with the appurtenances thereunto belonging in Silver Street in the said late city, and one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city, containing by estimation eighteen acres Irish measure. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said George or his assigns, and one parcel of land in the Island of Derry containing by estimation one acre of land, with the appurtenances in in the Island of Derry, now or late in the tenure or occupation of John Bingham and Ann Major or their assigns, and also one parcel of meadow with the appurtenances containing by estimation four acres Irish measure, bounding to the River of Foyle and to the highway leading from the said late city to Culmore Castle and now in the occupation of the said George or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of twelve pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners  […]
