The foresaid six and twentieth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Stephenson of Ballyscullion in the late county of Londonderry, innkeeper, do conclude and agree that the said Robert and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement lately built by the said Robert and the backside, and one parcel of land with the appurtenances thereunto adjoining and belonging, containing four acres Irish measure. All which premises are in Ballyscullion aforesaid and now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Robert or his assigns, and also all those several pieces or parcels of the townland called the two Ballymacombs [Ballymacombs Beg and Ballymacombs More], or one of them, and containing by estimation one hundred fou[…] acres Irish measure in Ballyscullion aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Robert or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of fourteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Michael Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Robert is not tied or bound to build an house as the said Michael and Brian by their said agreement are to do. The six and twentieth day of September in fifteenth year of his Majesty’s reign, annoque domini 1639, the foresaid Sir Ralph Whitfeld and Thomas Fotherley, his Majesty’s commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Henry Conway of Ballyscullion in the late county of Londonderry, esquire, do conclude and agree that his Majesty will be graciously pleased to erect and create a court leet which shall extend and have jurisdiction over all the residents and inhabitants within the late Manor of Vintners and Proportion of land called the Vintners’ Proportion in the late county of Londonderry, to be holden within the said Proportion twice every year as leets are or ought to be holden in England. And that the said Henry and his assigns shall have and hold the said court leet and all the fines, issues, amerciaments, and profits thereof. And also all that castle, capital messuage, or manor house with the appurtenances commonly called or known by the name of Lisney Court or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, and all barns, stables, outhouses and buildings, orchards, and gardens now in the occupation of the said Henry Conway and to the said castle, capital messuage, or manor house belonging, and all those townlands, half townlands, and parcels of land called or known by the several name or names of Bellaghy, Killyberry, Mullaghboy, Ballymacpeake, Drumeney [Drumanee Lower and Drumanee Upper], the two Ballinaes [Ballynease-Helton], the two Bally McGillcomes, Inishrush, Curragh, Toberhead, Ballinecrege [Rocktown], Slaghtybogy, Aghateere, also the Grannge [Grange], Rosgarran, Ballyknock, […], Broagh, Luney, Fallagloon, Tamlaghtduff, and the two half townlands of […] and Moneyshanere, and all houses, cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, containing by estimation nine hundred acres Irish measure and are situate lying and being in Ballyscullion, Maghera, Desertmartin, Kilcronaghan, Termoneeny, Killelagh, or elsewhere in the late county of Londonderry within the Proportion of land called the Vintners’ Proportion or late Manor of Vintners, and also
