The said twentieth day of September the said Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by vertue of the said Commission and Thomas Averell of Killinan in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Thomas Averell and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s called Moiatulley in Desert Martyn in the late countie of Londonderry or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimation two hundred and eight acres Irishe measure and allsoe all waies and passages to [th]e premises or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Sixteene pounds ster ling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and times and with under and upon such a nd the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement by the said Com missioners and Michaell Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are conteined save onely that the said Thomas Averell is not to incoppice anie part of the p[re]misses by this agreement In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Thomas Averell have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Abraham Luxton Mary Luxton [and] Robert Stevenson

The one and twentieth day of the said monethe of September the foresaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Abraham Luxton of Drum[m]ard in the late countie of Londonderry yeoman Mary Luxton of Drum[m]ard aforesaid widdowe and Robert Stephenson of Balliscullen in the said late county Innkeep[er] doe conclude and agree that the said Abraham Mary and Robert and their assignes shall have and hold all those three Townelands commonly called or knowne by the severall name or names of Drummard Moyogullaghe [and] Cullodoghe w[i]th th[e] app urtenances in Maghera in the said late county or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on one thousand fower score and tenn acres Irishe measure with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Threescore and eight pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and William Hammond clearke beforenamed and are conteined with this further agreem[en]t that the said Abraham Mary and Robert and their assignes shall within two yeares now next comeing fence inclose and incopice w[i]th dikes and double quicksett twenty acres Irishe measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcel of the foresaid p[re]misses and the same fences and inclosures shall well and sufficiently preserve and keepe during the said terme and allsoe the same twenty acres shall during the said term preserve and keep as coppicewoods from hurt and spoile [and] uppon everie fell that

The said twentieth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Thomas Averell of Killennan in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Thomas Averell and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland with the appurtenances called Motalee in Desertmartin in the late county of Londonderry, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation two hundred and eight acres Irish measure, and also all ways and passages to the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of sixteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement by the said commissioners and Michael Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Thomas Averell is not to encoppice any part of the premises by this agreement. Abraham Luxton Mary Luxton and Robert Stephenson

The one and twentieth day of the said month of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Abraham Luxton of Drumard in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, Mary Luxton of Drumard aforesaid, widow, and Robert Stephenson of Ballyscullion in the said late county, innkeeper, do conclude and agree that the said Abraham, Mary, and Robert and their assigns shall have and hold all those three townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Drumard, Moyagall, and Gulladuff, with the appurtenances in Maghera in the said late county, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one thousand four -score and ten acres Irish measure, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of three-score and eight pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and William Hammond, clerk, beforenamed and are contained, with this further agreement that the said Abraham, Mary, and Robert and their assigns shall, within two years now next coming, fence, enclose, and encoppice with dikes and double quicksett twenty acres Irish measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcel of the foresaid premises, and the same fences and enclosures shall well and sufficiently preserve and keep during the said term and also the same twenty acres shall during the said term preserve and keep as coppicewoods from hurt and spoil, and upon every fell that
