The aforesaid sixth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Edward Costerdine of Colerane [...] doe conclude and agree that the said Edward Costerdyne and his assignes shall have and hold One Messuage or tenement w[i]th th[e] appurt[e]n[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Edward Costerdyne and one cabbin thereunto adioning now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Katherine Curtys widdow a nd one Cabbin and stable in Colerane aforesaid and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on {of} the said Edward Costerdine and one close or parcell of land w[i]th th[e] appurt[e]n[a]nc[e]s conteining by estimac[i]on tenn acres and an halfe in Colerane aforesaid and bound ing uppon the kings high way leading from Colerane to Portrush on the no rth side and to lands now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Robert ffeasaker with all wayes and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therew[i]th w[i]th the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past and for and under the yearly rent of ffo urteene pounds and [...] shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such daies and times and w[i]th under and

[…] on […] Robert Feasaker of Coleraine […] Robert Feasaker and his assigns […] pieces or parcels of arable […], containing by estimation […] Irish measure, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Robert or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, convenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Andrew, the elder, beforenamed are contained, and with this further exception and reservation that his Majesty’s tenants of other lands shall have reasonable and convenient way and passage over the aforesaid bog adjoining to fetch and carry away the bog there. Edward Costerdine 12.

The aforesaid sixth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Edward Costerdine of Coleraine […], do conclude and agree that the said Edward Costerdine and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid now in the tenure or occupation of the said Edward Costerdine, and one cabin thereunto adjoining now or late in the tenure or occupation of Katherine Curtis, widow, and one cabin and stable in Coleraine aforesaid and now in the tenure or occupation of the said Edward Costerdine, and one close or parcel of land with the appurtenances containing by estimation ten acres and a half in Coleraine aforesaid, and bounding upon the King’s highway leading from Coleraine to Portrush on the north side and to lands now or late in the tenure or occupation of Robert Feasaker, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of fourteen pounds and […] shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with under and
