The said [...] behalfe by vertue [...] the towne of Colerane [...] doe conclude and agree that the said William Parrott and Thomas Stansby and their assignes shall have and hold one me ssuage [...] with the appurtenances in Colerane aforesaid w[hi]ch messuage was [...] John Edgcombe and afterwards valuable considerac[i]on assigned over to the said William Parrott and the garden [and] backside to the said messuage or tenement belonging and two closes or p[ar]cells of land and pasture with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s lyeing neere Mount Sandall in Colerane aforesaid and conteining by estimac[i]on eight acres and two roods Irish measure All w[hi]ch p[re]misses late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John Edgcombe or his assignes with all wayes and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past And for and under the yearly rent of Six pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes [and] tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners [and] Thomas Brotherton beforenamed are conteyned with this further agreement and excepc[i]on and reservac[i]on unto his ma[ies]tie his heires and successors of all the ffishings and takeing of sallmons Eeles and other ffish in the River of Bann w[i]th free lib[er]ty for his ma[ies]tie his heires and successors and his and their ten[a]nts ffarmers and ffishers of the said river to make howses and draw their netts and doe any other thing else whatsoever upon the premisses concerning the said ffishings In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said William Parrottarrott and Thomas Stansby have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said twelveth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Doke of Colerane aforesaid shippcarpenter and Margery Bowen of Colerane aforesaid widdow doe conclude and agree that the said John and Margery and their assignes shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement garden and backside thereunto adioning with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Paul Brasier or his assignes for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of ffifty shillings sterling paiable in such manner and with uppon and under such further and the like agreements coven[a]nts and condic[i]on as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said John and Margery have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said […] behalf by virtue […] the town of Coleraine, […], do conclude and agree that the said William Parrott and Thomas Stansby and their assigns shall have and hold one messuage […] with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, which messuage was […] John Edgcombe, and afterwards valuable consideration assigned over to the said William Parrott and the garden and backside to the said messuage or tenement belonging, and two closes or parcels of land and pasture with the appurtenances lying near Mount Sandel in Coleraine aforesaid, and containing by estimation eight acres and two roods Irish measure. All which premises late were in the tenure or occupation of the said John Edgcombe or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past. And for and under the yearly rent of six pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Brotherton beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement and exception and reservation unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors of all the fishings and taking of salmon, eels, and other fish in the River of Bann, with free liberty for his Majesty, his heirs and successors, and his and their tenants, farmers, and fishers of the said river to make houses and draw their nets and do any other thing else whatsover upon the premises concerning the said fishings. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said William Parrott and Thomas Stansby have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

John Doke and Margery Bowen 124.

The said twelfth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Doke of Coleraine aforesaid, ship-carpenter, and Margery Bowen of Coleraine aforesaid, widow, do conclude and agree that the said John and Margery and their assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement, garden, and backside thereunto adjoining with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, now or late in the tenure or occupation of Paul Brasier or his assigns, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of fifty shillings sterling payable in such manner and with, upon, and under such further and the like agreements, covenants, and condition as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said John and Margery have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
