The said ninth day of July the foresaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and William Adams of Colerane Glover doe conclude and agree that the said William Adams and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s and one backside cont[aining] in l ength one hundred and ninety foote of Assize and now in the occupac[i]on of the said William Adams and the moiety of one peece or parcell of land the said moiety containing by estimac[i]on eight acres Irish measure in Colerane aforesaid and now or late in the occupac[i]on of Thomas Rowley or his assignes w[i]th all ways and passages to the p[re]misses or any p[ar]te thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed and with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past and for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling paiable in such maner and att such days and tymes and w[i]th under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[missioner]s and Thomas Brotherton beforenamed are conteyned And w[i]th this further agreement that the said William Adams and his assignes shall suffer Thomas Kennady and his assignes to enioy the Cabbin on p[ar]t of the p[re]misses for twenty yeares att the yearly rent of Eight shillings In Witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said William Adams have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said ninth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Thomas Stansby of Coleraine merchannt doe conclude and agree that the said Thomas Stansby and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s and one backside conteining in length one hundred ninety foote of Assise and the one moiety of one peece or parcel of land w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s the said moiety conteining by estimac[i]on eight acres Irish measure All w[hi]ch premisses are in Colerane aforesaid [and] now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Thomas Rowley or his assigns with all ways and passages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed and w[i]th the like

William Adams. 86.

The said ninth day of July, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Adams of Coleraine, glover, do conclude and agree that the said William Adams and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement with the appurtenances and one backside containing in length one hundred and ninety foot of size and now in the occupation of the said William Adams, and the moiety of one piece or parcel of land, the said moiety containing by estimation eight acres Irish measure in Coleraine aforesaid and now or late in the occupation of Thomas Bowley or his assigns, with all ways and passages to the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed and with the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Brotherton beforenamed are contained. And with this further agreement that the said William Adams and his assigns shall suffer Thomas Kennady and his assigns to enjoy the cabin on part of the premises for twenty years at the yearly rent of eight shillings. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said William Adams have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
