And also all that castle or capital messuage with the appurtenances commonly called or known by the name of […] castle or house or by whatsoever other name or names the same shall or may be called or known, and all barns, stables, orchards, […] and gardens now in the occupation of […] and to the said castle or capital messuage belonging or appertaining, and all those townlands called or known by the several name or names of […] also Magheraboy, Ballym[…], Ovil, Owenbeg, Lackagh, […],Boviel, Crabarkey, Magheramore, […] of Thomas King, Kilterseagh, […] or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known. And all houses, cabins, edifices, and buildings upon the aforesaid premises. All which premises are situate lying and being in Banagher, Dungiven, Comer, also Cumber [Cumber Lower], and […] in the said late county. And also all his Majesty’s tithes of corn, hay, […], foals, herbage, wood, and turf heretofore belonging to the Abbey or Priory of Dungiven and arising, coming, renewing, or encreasing in the parish of Dungiven in the said late county. And also one water corn-mill in Dungiven aforesaid, and the watercourses and waterlays thereunto belonging, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed […] the aforesaid premises or any part thereof, and all waifs and strays happening on or within the aforesaid late manor or Proportion, and the multure toll and grinding of the malt, corn, and grain of his Majesty’s tenants within the said Proportion called the Skinners’ Proportion, […]ly the multure toll and grinding of the malt, corn, and grain of the tenants and inhabitants of the townlands […] Claudy, Ballycallaghan, Lisbunny, […], Brackfield, Littermire, Kilcaltan, Gort[…], Ballydonegan, Tamnyagan, Coolnamonan, and […]. Excepting and always reserving to his Majesty, his heirs and successors all donations, presentations, and gifts of advowsons, churches, vicarages, chapels, timber and timber trees, storiers, saplings and great trees, mines and quarries in, upon, belonging, or appendant to the premises or any part thereof, and all ways and passages over the premises for the tenants and occupiers of his Majesty’s other lands. And all the River of Foyle and all rivers, creeks, and streams in or near the premises and the soil and ground thereof, and all the fishings and taking of salmon, eels, and other fish in the said rivers, creeks, and streams, with free liberty for his Majesty, his heirs and successors, and his and their tenants, farmers, and fishers of the said rivers, creeks, streams, and fishings to make houses and draw their nets and do any other thing else whatsoever upon the premises concerning the said fishings, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of […] sterling payable into the receipt of his Majesty’s Exchequer in England, or unto the hands of the Receiver of his Majesty, his heirs and successors for the time being for the revenue of Londonderry, also Derry, and Coleraine or either of them
