The said five and twentieth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalf by virtue of the said commission and Richard Goodwyn of Dersert Toughull in the late county of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Richard Goodwyn and his assignes shall have and hold all those two townelands commonly called by the severall names of Lara and Knockneale with their appurten[a]nc[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne by conteining by estimac[i]on of arrable land pasture wood and bogg three hundred and threescore acres and of mountayne six hundred and ffifty acres in the severall parishes of Dersert Toughull and Maghara in the said late County of Londonderry and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Richard or his assignes and allsoe all waies [and] passag es unto the premises or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the term of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of five and twenty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and at such days and tymes and with under and upon such and the like condition covenants and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Co mmissioners and Francis Barnaby beforenamed are conteyned with this further agreement that the said Richard Goodwyn and his assignes shall within two yeares now next coming fence enclose and incoppice with dikes and double quicksett six acres Irishe measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcell of the foresaid p[re]misses and the same fences and inclosures shall well and sufficiently p[re]serve and keepe during the said term and alsoe the same six acres shall during the said terme p[re]serve and keepe as coppicewoods from hurt and spoile and uppon everie fell that shall be made thereof shall new incoppice the same after the manner and usage in England and shall allsoe p[re]serve and keepe uppon every felling and cutting of the said woods soe to be incoppiced twenty young storiers and thirtie standalls of oake and ashe fitt to make timber trees In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Richard Goodwyn have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten

The six and twentieth day of the said moneth of July the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commi ssion and Richard Lee of Granaham in the late county of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree t hat the said Richard Lee and his assignes shall have and hold all that towneland with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s commonly called or knowne by the name of Granaham or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne by conteining by estimac[i]on three hundred and thirty acres Irish measure of land pasture wood and bogg and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Richard and his assignes and one dwelling house and all other buildings now being upon the foresaid p[re]misses all w[hi]ch premisses are in the parish of Killaloughe in the said late county of Londonderry and allsoe all waies and passages to the aforesaid premises or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th and under such and the like exceptions and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from
The said five and twentieth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Goodwin of Desertoghill in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Richard Goodwin and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called by the several names of Laragh and Knockoneill with their appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known by, containing by estimation of arable land, pasture, wood, and bog, three hundred and three-score acres, and of mountain six hundred and fifty acres in the several parishes of Desertoghill and Maghera in the said late county of Londonderry, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Richard or his assigns, and also all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of five and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Francis Barnaby beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement that the said Richard Goodwin and his assigns shall within two years now next coming fence, enclose, and encoppice with dikes and double quicksett six acres Irish measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcel of the foresaid premises, and the same fences and enclosures shall well and sufficiently preserve and keep during the said term, and also the same six acres shall during the said term preserve and keep as coppicewoods from hurt and spoil, and upon every fell that shall be made thereof shall new encoppice the same after the manner and usage in England, and shall also preserve and keep upon every felling and cutting of the said woods so to be encoppiced twenty young storiers and thirty standalls of oak and ash fit to make timber trees. The six and twentieth day of the said month of July, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Lee of Granaghan in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Richard Lee and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland, with the appurtenances, commonly called or known by the name of Granaghan or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known by, containing by estimation three hundred and thirty acres Irish measure of land, pasture, wood, and bog, and now in the tenure or occupation of the said Richard and his assigns, and one dwelling house and all other buildings now being upon the foresaid premises, all which premises are in the parish of Killelagh in the said late county of Londonderry, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from
