The said six and twentieth day of July the said Commissio ners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Donnell O Quigg of [...] in the late county of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Donnell o Quigg and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s called or knowne by the name of Culbin or by whatsoever other name or names the sa me be called or knowne by scituate and being in the parishe of Desert Toughull aforesaid and conteining by estimac[i]on one hundred and ffifty acres Irish measure of land pasture meadow and bogg and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Donnall or his assignes and allsoe all wayes and passages to the foresaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of Seaven pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are contained save onely that the said Donnell and his assignes are to grind the mault corne and grain at his ma[ies]t[ie]s mill called Swetra mill in the Mercers proporc[i]on and not att the [...] not tyed to or charged with the

The said six and twentieth day of July, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Donal O’Quigg of […] in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Donal O’Quigg and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland with the appurtenances called or known by the name of Cuilbane or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known by, situate and being in the parish of Desertoghill aforesaid, and containing by estimation one hundred and fifty acres Irish measure of land, pasture, meadow, and bog, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Donal or his assigns, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of seven pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Donal and his assigns are to grind the malt, corn, and grain at his Majesty’s mill called Swatragh mill in the Mercers’ Proportion and not at the […] not tied to or charged with the
