The fower and twenty day of July the said commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by virtue of the said Commission and William [...] of Aghhadow in the said late county of Londonderry Carpenter doe conclude and agree that the said William [...] and his assignes shall have and hold all that messuage or tene ment [...] thereunto belonging in Killreaghe in the said late county of Londonderry [...]nds and pastures conteining by estimac[i]on two and twenty [...] and three acres of bogg with t he appurten[an]ces in Killreaghe aforesaid all w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Rob[er]t [...] or his assigns and allsoe all waies and passages t o the aforesaid premises or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like exceptions and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past and for and under the yearly rent of seaven pounds [and] [...] shillings sterling paiable in such manner and at such daies and times and with under and uppon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and ag reements as in the foresaid agree ment made by the said commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said James Carnohan have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Thomas Miller 3.

The said ffower and twentieth day of July the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said commission and Thomas Miller of Kilrea aforesaid Miller doe conclude and agree that the said Thomas Miller and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement garden and backside thereunto belonging and one water corne mill with t he appurtenances and seaven acres of land pasture [and] bogg Irishe measure with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s All w[hi]ch premisses are in Killreaghe aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Thomas or his assignes and all the toll multure grinding and soake of and for twenty townelands to the said mill belonging or therewith formerly enioyed and all waters water courses and [...] profitts and commodities to the said mill belonging or apperteining and also all waies and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or form[er]ly enjoyed therewith with and under such like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of seven pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes [and] tymes and with under and uppon such and the like condic[i]on covena[n]ts and agreements as in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are conteyned with this further agreem[en]t that the said Thomas and his assignes shall have sufficient timber from tyme to tyme during the said terme assigned to them by his ma[ies]t[ie]s officers for repaire of the said mill when occac[i]on shall requier In witness whereof the said Commissioners and the said Thomas Miller have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The four and twenty day of July, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William […] of Aghadowey in the said late county of Londonderry, carpenter, do conclude and agree that the said William […] and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement […] thereunto belonging in Kilrea in the said late county of Londonderry, […]nds and pastures containing by estimation two and twenty […], and three acres of bog with the appurtenances in Kilrea aforesaid, all which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of Robert […] or his assigns, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, and for and under the yearly rent of seven pounds and […] shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are contained. Thomas Miller 3.

The said four and twentieth day of July, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Thomas Miller of Kilrea aforesaid, miller, do conclude and agree that the said Thomas Miller and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside thereunto belonging, and one water corn-mill with the appurtenances and seven acres of land, pasture, and bog Irish measure, with the appurtenances. All which premises are in Kilrea aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Thomas or his assigns, and all the toll, multure, grinding, and soak of and for twenty townlands to the said mill belonging or therewith formerly enjoyed, and all waters, watercourses, and […], profits, and commodities to the said mill belonging or appertaining, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of seven pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement that the said Thomas and his assigns shall have sufficient timber from time to time during the said term, assigned to them by his Majesty’s Officers, for repair of the said mill when occasion shall require.
