The said fower and twentieth day of August the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Alexander Degless of Clandermott in the late County of Londonderry yeo man do conclude and agree that the said Alexander and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland with the appurten[an]c[e]s com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Lisnaghetome al[l]s[o] [...] Clandermott aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on one hundred thirty and two acres Irishe measure and allso al l ways and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or th erewith formerly enioyed with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillipp [and] Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of seaven pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and upon such like condic[i]on coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and William Simpson beforenamed are conteined. The seaven and twentieth day of the said Moneth of August the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and John fflemynge of Clandermott in the late County of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said John and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Carnaferne with the appurten[an]c[e]s in Clandermott aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteininge by estimac[i]on one hundred and forty acres Irishe measure and all Cabbins edifices and building[es] thereupon and allso all waies and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillipp and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Twelve pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such dayes and times and with under and upon such and the like condic[i]on coven ants and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and [...] beforenamed are contained.

Alexander Degless

The said four and twentieth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Alexander Degless of Clondermot in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Alexander and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland with the appurtenances commonly called or known by the name of Lisnaghetome, also […] Clondermot aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred thirty and two acres Irish measure, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith formerly enjoyed, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of seven pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and William Simpson beforenamed are contained. The seven and twentieth day of the said month of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Fleming of Clondermot in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said John and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Carnafarn, with the appurtenances in Clondermot aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred and forty acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of twelve pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the said [ …] beforenamed are contained.
