The said sixt day of September the said Com[m]issioners and Jone Longe of Tawghlatt ffinlegan in the late County of London Derry widdowe doe agree that the said Jone and her assignes shall have and hold one Cottage and garden plott thereunto belonging with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Tawghlatt ffinlegan aforesaid nowe in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Jone or her assignes ffor the like terme and under the yearelie rent of tenn shillinges sterlinge payable in such manner and w[i]th and upon the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as are conteined in the foresaid agreement made by the said Com[m]issioners and John Carter before named save onelie that the said Jone is not tyed to plant anie trees as the said John Carter is by his Agreement to doe:

The said sixth day of September, the said commissioners and Joan Long of Tamlaght Finlagan in the late county of Londonderry, widow, do agree that the said Joan and her assigns shall have and hold one cottage and garden plot thereunto belonging with the appurtenances in Tamlaght Finlagan aforesaid, now in the tenure or occupation of the said Joan or her assigns, for the like term and under the yearly rent of ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and with and upon the like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Carter beforenamed, save only that the said Joan is not tied to plant any trees as the said John Carter is by his agreement to doe:

The said sixth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Peter Gate of Tamlaght Finlagan in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Peter and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement wherein the said Peter now dwelleth and the barn, edifices, buildings, gardens, and orchard thereunto belonging or therewith used, and all those several pieces or parcels of land held and enjoyed with the said messuage and all cabins and buildings thereupon, all which premises contain by estimation four and thirty acres Irish measure and are in Tamlaght Finlagan aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Peter or his assigns, and also two other pieces or parcels of land and pasture with the appurtenances in Tamlaght Finlagan aforesaid and containing by estimation three acres and a half Irish measure and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Peter or his assigns, and one cabin thereupon built, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of thirteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the commissioners and John Carter before
