The said sixt day of September the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and James ffarrer of Tawghlatt ffinlegan, in the late County of London derry merchant doe conclude and agree that the said James and his assignes shall have and hold All that Messuage or tenement where in the said James nowe dwelleth and all edifices buildinges gardens and back sides thereunto belonginge and alsoe all those severall peeces or percells of l and and past ure with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s conteineinge by estimac[i]on tenn acres Irishe measure all which premisses are scituate and beinge in Tawghlatt ffinlegan aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said James or his assignes and also all wayes and passages to the foresaid premisses or anie parte th ereof belonging or formerlie enioyed therew[i]th w[i]th and under such and the like exceptions and for the terme of one and twenty yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past ffor and under the yearelie rent of five pounds sterlinge payable in such manner and at such dayes and times and w[i]th under and upon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Com[m]issioners and John Carter before named are conteined In witnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said James ffarrer have put[t] to theire hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said sixt day of September The foresaid Com[m]issioners ffor and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[missi]on and Raphe Phillipes of Tawghlaght ffinlagan in the late County of London Derry Mason doe conclude and agree that the said Ralph and his assignes shall have and hold one Cottage and the backside and garden thereunto adioineinge, And all those three peeces or percells of land pasture and bogg w ith the appurten[a]nc[e]s in Tawghtlaght ffinlegan aforesaid and conteineinge by estim ation [...] acres Irishe measure all w[hi]ch premisses nowe are or late were in the ten ure or occupac[i]on of the said Raphe or his assignes, And alsoe all wayes and passages to the aforesaid premisses or anie parte thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therew[i]th w[i]th and under such and the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twentie yeares from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past ffor and under the yearelie rent of fower pounds sterlinge payable in such manner and at such dayes and times and w[i]th under and upon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agrem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and John Carter before named are conteined. The said sixt day of September The foresaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission And Luke Astrye of Tawghlatt ffinlegan in the late County of London derry Clerke doe conclude and agree that the said Luke and his assigns shall have and hold All that messuage or tenem[en]t wherein hee

The said sixth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and James Farrer of Tamlaght Finlagan, in the late county of Londonderry, merchant, do conclude and agree that the said James and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement wherein the said James now dwelleth, and all edifices, buildings, gardens, and backsides thereunto belonging, and also all those several pieces or parcels of land and pasture with the appurtenances containing by estimation ten acres Irish measure, all which premises are situate and being in Tamlaght Finlagan aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said James or his assigns, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Carter beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said James Farrer have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

21 Ralph Phillips

The said sixth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Ralph Phillips of Tamlaght Finlagan in the late county of Londonderry, mason, do conclude and agree that the said Ralph and his assigns shall have and hold one cottage and the backside and garden thereunto adjoining, and all those three pieces or parcels of land, pasture, and bog with the appurtenances in Tamlaght Finlagan aforesaid and containing by estimation […] acres Irish measure, all which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Ralph or his assigns, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of four pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Carter beforenamed are contained. The said sixth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Luke Astry of Tamlaght Finlagan in the late county of Londonderry, clerk, do conclude and agree that the said Luke and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement wherein he
