The f oresaid ffowerth Day of September the foresaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Sirache Laughton of Taughlett Finlagen in the late Countie of London Derry weaver doe conclude and agree that the said Sirache and his assignes shall have and hold All that Cottage or tenem[en]t backside and garden thereunto adioyneinge, and one close or percell of land w[i]th the appurten[a]nc[e]s in Tawghlett ffinlegan aforesaid containeinge by estimac[i]on twoe acres and one roode Irishe measure and nowe or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Sirache or his assignes for the terme of one and twentie yeares from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearelie rent of thirtie shilling[e]s sterlinge payable in such manner and w[i]th under and upon such further and the like agreements coven[a]nts and condic[i]on as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Com[m]issioners and John Carter before named are conteyned, In witnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Sirache have put[t] to theire hands the day and yeare above written:

14. William Beard

The foresaid ffowerth day of September the foresaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission And Will[ia]m Beard of Tawlett Finlagen in the late County of London derry husbandman doe conclude and agree that the said William Beard and his assignes shall have and hold All that Co ttage or tenement and garden thereunto adioyneinge with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Tamlaght Finlagen aforesaid nowe or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the saide William Beard or his assignes for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearelie rent of twentie shillings sterlinge payable in such manner and w[i]th upon and under such further and the like agreements coven[a]nts and condic[i]on as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Com[m]issioners and John Carter before named are conteined save onely that the said Will[ia]m is not by this agreement bound or tyed to the plantinge of anie trees as the said John by his said agreement is to doe In witnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Will[ia]m have put[t] to theire hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said John have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The foresaid fourth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Sirach Laughton of Tamlaght Finlagen in the late county of Londonderry, weaver, do conclude and agree that the said Sirach and his assigns shall have and hold all that cottage or tenement, backside, and garden thereunto adjoining and one close or parcel of land, with the appurtenances, in Tamlaght Finlagan aforesaid, containing by estimation two acres and one rood Irish measure and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Sirach or his assigns, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of thirty shillings sterling payable in such manner and with, under, and upon such further and the like agreements, covenants, and condition as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Carter beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Sirach have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

14. William Beard

The foresaid fourth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Beard of Tamlaght Finlagen in the late county of Londonderry, husbandman, do conclude and agree that the said William Beard and his assigns shall have and hold all that cottage or tenement and garden thereunto adjoining, with the appurtenances, in Tamlaght Finlagen aforesaid, now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said William Beard or his assigns, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of twenty shillings sterling payable in such manner and with, upon, and under such further and the like agreements, covenants, and condition as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Carter beforenamed are contained, save only that the said William is not by this agreement bound or tied to the planting of any trees as the said John by his said agreement is to do.
