George Longe William Bogges Adam Ferguson .3.

The said nyne and twentieth day of July the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and George Longe William Bogges and Adam fforgason of Dumboe in the late County of Londonderry Husbandmen doe conclude and agree that the said George, William and Adam and their Assignes shall have and hold All that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Ballywoolerigge begge or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne by w[i]th the appurten[an]c[e]s in Dumboe aforesaid conteyninge by estimac[i]on fow er-score acres of land meadow and pasture and forty acres of Bogge and mosse Irishe measure and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said George William and Adam or their or some of their assignes and all houses and buildings thereupon And allso all wayes and passages to the aforesad p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therew[i]th Exceptinge and reservinge unto his Ma[ies]tie his heyres and successors all tymber and tymber trees storriers saplinges and great trees, mynes and Quarryes in upon or belonginge to the p[re]misses or any part there of

And shall, at his and their proper costs and charges during the said term, have and keep in readiness upon the aforesaid premises, for the service of his Majesty, his heirs and successors two muskets furnished in such manner as the same shall and may be allowed by the Muster Master of the said late county for the time being, and that upon reasonable request there shall be allowed and set out to the said Rory and Thomas or their assigns, from time to time during the said term by the Woodward or some Officer of his Majesty, his heirs and successors rough timber for building and repairing the aforesaid house and houseboot, and also other wood for ploughboot and cartboot in convenient places within the late county of Londonderry, to be spent upon the premises and not elsewhere. And that his Majesty will be graciously pleased to ratify and confirm this agreement by his letters patent under the Great Seal of England. And that the said Rory and Thomas Haslet shall covenant and grant thereby for them, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to perform what is hereby agreed on their parts. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Rory and Thomas Haslet have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

George Long William Boggs Adam Ferguson .3.

The said nine and twentieth day of July, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and George Long, William Boggs, and Adam Ferguson of Dunboe in the late county of Londonderry, husbandmen, do conclude and agree that the said George, William, and Adam and their assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Ballywoolerigge begge [Ballywildrick Upper and Ballywildrick Lower] or by whatsover other name or names the same be called or known by, with the appurtenances in Dunboe aforesaid, containing by estimation four-score acres of land, meadow, and pasture, and forty acres of bog and moss Irish measure, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said George, William, and Adam, or their or some of their assigns, and all houses and buildings thereupon. And also all ways and passages to the aforesad premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith. Excepting and reserving unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors all timber and timber trees, storiers, saplings and great trees, mines and quarries in, upon, or belonging to the premises or any part thereof,
