William Tuckey 23.

The aforesaid twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and William Tuckey of the late citty of Londonderry Sadler doe conclude and agree that the said William Tuckey and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Queenestreete [...] place in the said late citty and adioining to the house in the occupac[i]on of [...] All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said William Tuckey or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like exceptions and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Nine pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]ission[er]s and Edward Rowley beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Com[m]ission[er]s and the said William Tuckey have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and ffrannces Hart of the Muffe in the county of Donnagall widdow doe conclude and agree that the said ffrances and her assignes shall have and hold all that quarter of land commonly called or knowne by the name of Ballinegare or by whatsoever name or names the same be called or knowne lyeing and being within the lib[er]tyes of the late Citty of Londonderry and conteining by estimac[i]on three hundred and sixtie acres Irishe measure and alsoe one peece of meadowe ground conteining by estimac[i]on fower acres Irishe measure lyeing and being within the lib[er]tyes of the said late citty All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said ffrannces or her assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Twenty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agree ments as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[missioner]s [and] John Kneeland beforenamed are contained In witnes whe reof the said commissioners and the said Frances Hart have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

William Tuckey 23.

The aforesaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Tuckey of the late city of Londonderry, saddler, do conclude and agree that the said William Tuckey and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and backside with the appurtenances in Queens Street  […] place in the said late city, and adjoining to the house in the occupation of  […]. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said William Tuckey or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of nine pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are contained. Frances Hart widow 24.

The aforesaid twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Frances Hart of the Muff in the county of Donegal, widow, do conclude and agree that the said Frances and her assigns shall have and hold all that quarter of land commonly called or known by the name of Ballinegare or by whatsoever name or names the same be called or known, lying and being within the Liberties of the late city of Londonderry and containing by estimation three hundred and sixty acres Irish measure, and also one piece of meadow ground containing by estimation four acres Irish measure, lying and being within the Liberties of the said late city. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Frances or her assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained.
