The aforesaid six and twentieth day of August the af oresaid commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Robert Thornton esquire one of the Aldermen of the late Citty of Londonderry doe conclude and agree that that said Robert Thornton and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Butchers streete als[o] Shamble streete in the said late Citty and one p[ar]cell of land conteining by estimac[i]on ninety p[er]ches Irishe measure within the lib[er]ties of the said late Citty and adioining to lands in the occupac[i]on of Dame Margery Row widdow or her assignes and to the highe way leading from the said late Citty to the Common wells and all edifices and buildings thereuppon made and erected by the said Robert Thornton or his assignes and allsoe one p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s with in the lib[er]ties of the said late Citty conteining by estimac[i]on ffifteene acres Irishe measure all w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Robert or his assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Nyne pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commission[er]s [and] John Kneeland beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Com[missioner]s [and] the said Robert Thornton have put to their hands the day [and] yeare abovewritten:

John Heatly 98.

The aforesaid six and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Heatly of the late city of Londonderry, merchant, do conclude and agree that the said John Heatley and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and the garden and backside thereunto belonging, with the appurtenances, in or near the market-place in the said late city, and also one parcel of land with the appurtenances, containing by estimation twelve acres Irish measure, within the Liberties of the said late city. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of Robert Thornton or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained. Robert Thornton 99.

The aforesaid six and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Thornton, esquire, one of the Aldermen of the late city of Londonderry, do conclude and agree that that said Robert Thornton and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances in Butchers Street, also Shamble Street, in the said late city, and one parcel of land containing by estimation ninety perches Irish measure within the Liberties of the said late city and adjoining to lands in the occupation of Dame Margery Row, widow, or her assigns, and to the highway leading from the said late city to the common wells, and all edifices and buildings thereupon made and erected by the said Robert Thornton or his assigns, and also one parcel of land with the appurtenances with in the Liberties of the said late city, containing by estimation fifteen acres Irish measure, all which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Robert or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of nine pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained.
