The twentieth day of the said Moneth of September the foresaid Com missioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Nich[ol]as Robinson Thomas Wroth Thomas [...] and Edmund Booner of Maghera in the said late countie yeomen doe conclude and ag ree that the said Nicholas Thomas Thomas and Edmond and their assignes shall have and hold All that townland commonly called or knowne by the name of Curran with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Maghera aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne containing by estimac[i]on two hundred thirty and three acres Irishe measure with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therew[i]th with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and att such dayes and times and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement m ade by the said Commission[er]s and Michaell Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are contained save onely that the said Nich[ol]as Thomas Thomas and Edmund are not tied or bound by this agreement to build an house In witnes whereof the s aid commissioners and the said Nich[ol]as Thomas Thomas and Edmund have putt to thei r hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said twentieth day of September the said Commission[er]s for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said Commission and Robert Otterson of Tirmonaney in the la te county of Londonderry yeoman and William Otterson sonne of the said Robert doe co nclude and agree that the said Robert and William and their assignes shall have and hold all th at townland commonly called or knowne by the name of Billimackillcur with th[e] appurten ances in the said late county or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known conteining by estimac[i]on two hundred and thirty acres Irishe measure and also all ways and passages to the foresaid p[re]misses or anie part therof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Nineteene pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such day s and times and with under and uppon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreeme nts as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Michaell Richmond and Bryan Preston beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said commissioners and the said Robert and William have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said twentieth day of September the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and George Witty of Killcreanaghan in the late county of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said George Witty and his assignes shall have and hold all that halfe Towneland of Drumcrowe with th[e] ap[pur]ten[a]nc[e]s in Killcreanaghan aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said George or his assignes conteining by estimac[i]on fifty and eight acres Irishe measure and allsoe all ways and passages to the foresaid p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Eight pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with under and upon such and the like condition covenants and agreements

The said twentieth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Otterson of Termoneeny in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, and William Otterson, son of the said Robert, do conclude and agree that the said Robert and William and their assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Ballymacilcurr, with the appurtenances in the said late county, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation two hundred and thirty acres Irish measure, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part therof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of nineteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Michael Richmond and Brian Preston beforenamed are contained. The said twentieth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission and George Witty of Kilcronaghan in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said George Witty and his assigns shall have and hold all that half townland of Drumcrow, with the appurtenances in Kilcronaghan aforesaid, now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said George or his assigns, containing by estimation fifty and eight acres Irish measure, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements
