The said eighth day of July the said Commissioners and Henry mc Cavers of Colerane aforesaid labourer agree that the said Henry and his assignes shall have and hold one Cottage and garden w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid now in the occupac[i]on of the said Henry for the like terme and under the yearly rent of xiii.s iiii. d paiable in such maner and with and uppon the like Condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as are conteined in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles .

The said eighth day of July the said Commissioners and William Patsall of Colerane aforesaid Lynnenweaver agree that William Patshall and his assignes shall have and hold one cottage and one Creete and p[ar]cell of land thereunto belonging w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid and now or late in the tenure of the said William Pattsall or his assignes for the like terme and under the y early rent of Twenty shillings sterling paiable in such maner and w[i]th and uppon the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as are conteined in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles .

The said eighth day of July the said Commissioners and John Carnaby of Colerane aforesaid labourer agree that the said John and his assignes shall have and hold one cottage and garden w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid in the occupac[i]on of the said John or his assignes for the like terme and under the yearly rent of Tenn shillings sterling paiable in such maner and w[i]th and uppon the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as are conteined in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles .

The said eighth day of July the said Commissioners and Archiball Browne of Colerane aforesaid labourer agree that the said Archiball and his assignes shall have and hold one cottage and little parcell of land adioning now in the occupac[i]on of the said Archiball or his assignes for the like terme and under the yearly rent of Six shillings and eight pence paiable in such maner and w[i]th and uppon the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as are conteined in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said Co[m]mission ers and the foresaid Robert Scoles .

The said eighth day of July, the said commissioners and William Pattsall of Coleraine aforesaid, linenweaver, agree that William Pattsall and his assigns shall have and hold one cottage and one creet and parcel of land thereunto belonging with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, and now or late in the tenure of the said William Pattsall or his assigns, for the like term, and under the yearly rent of twenty shillings sterling payable in such manner and with and upon the like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles.

The said eighth day of July, the said commissioners and John Carnaby of Coleraine aforesaid, labourer, agree that the said John and his assigns shall have and hold one cottage and garden with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid in the occupation of the said John or his assigns, for the like term, and under the yearly rent of ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and with and upon the like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles.

Archibald Brown 48.

The said eighth day of July, the said commissioners and Archibald Brown of Coleraine aforesaid, labourer, agree that the said Archibald and his assigns shall have and hold one cottage and little parcel of land adjoining, now in the occupation of the said Archibald or his assigns, for the like term, and under the yearly rent of six shillings and eight pence payable in such manner and with and upon the like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles.
