The said eighth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalf by vertue of the said Commission and Alexander Wilie of Colerane afores[ai]d husbandman doe conclude and agree that the said Alexander and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t and garden and one close or p[ar]cell of land and pasture w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s conteining by estimac[i]on one and fourty acres Irish measure in Colerane aforesaid and now in the tenure of the said Alexander w[i]th all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past and for and under the yearly rent of nyne pounds sterling paiable in such maner and att such daies and tymes and w[i]th under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Thomas Andrew th[e] elder beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners [and] the said Alexander Wilye have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said eighth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and James Wallmisley of Colerane aforesaid gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said James Wallmisley and his assignes shall have and hold one cottage and garden w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Christopher Dramson or his assignes for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past and for and under the yearly rent of ffourty six shillings and eight pence sterling paiable in such maner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on covenants and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said commissioners and the said James Wallmisley have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said eighth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Alexander Wily of Coleraine aforesaid, husbandman, do conclude and agree that the said Alexander and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and garden and one close or parcel of land and pasture with the appurtenances, containing by estimation one and forty acres Irish measure in Coleraine aforesaid, and now in the tenure of the said Alexander, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of nine pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Andrew, the elder, beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Alexander Wily have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said eighth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and James Wallmisley of Coleraine aforesaid, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said James Wallmisley and his assigns shall have and hold one cottage and garden with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, now or late in the tenure or occupation of Christopher Dramson or his assigns, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of forty-six shillings and eight pence sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said James Wallmisley have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
