The said eighth day of July the said Commissioners and John Johnson agree that the said John Johnson and his assignes shall have and hold one cottage and garden w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane af oresaid and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John Johnson or his assignes for the like terme and under the yearly rent of twenty shillings sterling paiable in such maner and w[i]th and upon such condition coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as are conteined in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles .

The said eighth day of July the foresaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by virtue of the said Commission and Roger Collins of Colerane Mariner doe conclude and agree that the said Roger Collins and his assignes shall have and hold All that Messuage or tenem[en]t and garden thereunto adioining w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Edward Costerdyne or his assignes for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of ffifty shillings sterling payable in such maner and with under and upon such further and the like agreem[en]ts coven[a]nts and condi tion as in the foresaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are conteyned. The said eighth day of July, the said commissioners and John Johnson agree that the said John Johnson and his assigns shall have and hold one cottage and garden with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said John Johnson or his assigns, for the like term, and under the yearly rent of twenty shillings sterling payable in such manner and with and upon such condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles.

The said eighth day of July, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Roger Collins of Coleraine, mariner, do conclude and agree that the said Roger Collins and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement and garden thereunto adjoining with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, now or late in the tenure or occupation of Edward Costerdine or his assigns, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of fifty shillings sterling payable in such manner and with, under, and upon such further and the like agreements, covenants, and condition as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Scoles beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Roger Collins have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Frannces Hill 33.

The said eighth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Frances Hill of Coleraine aforesaid, widow, do conclude and agree that the said Frances Hill and her assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside, and one close or parcel of land and pasture containing by estimation eight acres Irish measure with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Frannces Hill or her assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past.
