The said eighth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Hanniball Harpur of Colerane shooemaker doe conclude and agree that the said Hanniball Harpur and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t garden and backside w[i]th the appurte nances in Colerane aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Hanniball Harpur or his assignes and the moiety or one half of the close and w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s the said moiety conteining sixteene a cres or thereabouts Irish measure lyeing to Lisnablagh on the one side and a[...]on the other side and late in the occupac[i]on of William Watsson or his assignes and now or late in the occupac[i]on of John Templeton or his assignes w[i]th all wayes and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past but for and under the yearly rent of six pounds sterling p ayable in such maner and att such daies and tymes and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Thomas Brotherton beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Hanniball Harpur have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

John Browne .27.

The said eighth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Browne of Colerane ye oman doe conclude and agree that the said John Browne and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t and backside and two closes or par cels of land and pasture conteining by estimac[i]on tenn acres and an halfe Irish measure w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John Browne or his assignes w[i]th all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past but for and under the yearly rent of Six pounds thirteene shillings and fower pence payable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and upon such further and the like [...]

Hannibal Harper 26.

The said eighth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Hannibal Harper of Coleraine, shoemaker, do conclude and agree that the said Hannibal Harper and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Hannibal Harper or his assigns, and the moiety or one half of the close and with the appurtenances, the said moiety containing sixteen acres or thereabouts Irish measure lying to Lisnablagh on the one side and a[…]on the other side, and late in the occupation of William Watson or his assigns and now or late in the occupation of John Templeton or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, but for and under the yearly rent of six pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Brotherton beforenamed are contained. John Brown .27.

The said eighth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Brown of Coleraine, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said John Brown and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and backside and two closes or parcels of land and pasture containing by estimation ten acres and a half Irish measure, with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said John Brown or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, but for and under the yearly rent of six pounds thirteen shillings and four pence payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like […]
