The said sixth day of July the said Commissioners and Arthure Rosse of Colerane shooemaker agree that Arthure Rosse and his assignes shall have and hold one Cottage and garden w[i]th th[e] appurt[e]n[a]nc[e]s betweene the Rampier and the lands now or late in the occupac[i]on of William Adams in Colerane aforesaid and now in the tenure of the said Arthure for the like terme and under the yearly rent of Twenty shillings paiable in such maner and w[i]th and uppon the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as are conteined in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles .

The said sixth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalf by virtue of the said Commission and John Harrison of Colerane aforesaid [...] doe conclude and agree that the said John Harrison and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and garden w[i]th th[e] appurt[e]n[a]nc[e]s on the [...]e of the New rowe in Colerane aforesaid and one close or p[ar]cell of land pasture and bogg in Colerane aforesaid conteining by estimac[i]on eighteene acres and an halfe All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said John Harrison or his assignes w[i]th all waies [and] passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therew[i]th with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past and for and under the yearly rent of six pounds sterling paiable in such maner and att such dayes and tymes and w[i]th under and upon such further and the like Condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Thomas Brotherton beforenamed are conteyned and w[i]th this further agreem[en]t that the said John Harrison and his assignes shall during the said terme att his and their propp[er] costs [and] chardges have and keepe in readiness uppon the p[re]misses for the service of his ma[ies]tie his heires and success[or]s one muskett furnished in such maner as the same shal[l] be allowed by the Muster Master of the coun ty [...] p[re]mi ses [...]day [...]

The said sixth day of July, the said commissioners and Arthur Ross of Coleraine, shoemaker, agree that Arthur Ross and his assigns shall have and hold one cottage and garden with the appurtenances, between the rampier and the lands now or late in the occupation of William Adams in Coleraine aforesaid, and now in the tenure of the said Arthur for the like term, and under the yearly rent of twenty shillings payable in such manner and with and upon the like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the foresaid Robert Scoles.

The said sixth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Harrison of Coleraine aforesaid, […], do conclude and agree that the said John Harrison and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and garden with the appurtenances on the […]e of the New Row in Coleraine aforesaid, and one close or parcel of land, pasture, and bog in Coleraine aforesaid, containing by estimation eighteen acres and a half. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said John Harrison or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, and for and under the yearly rent of six pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Thomas Brotherton beforenamed are contained, and with this further agreement that the said John Harrison and his assigns shall, during the said term, at his and their proper costs and charges have and keep in readiness upon the premises for the service of his Majesty, his heirs and successors, one musket furnished in such manner as the same shall be allowed by the Muster Master of the county […] premises […]day […]
