T[...] ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe [...] towne of Colerane [...] do conclude and agree that the said Tristram Berwicke and his assignes shall have and hold [...] or Tenem[en]t garden and backside with their appurten[a]nc[e]s in Coleraine and two closes or parcells of land and pasture w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid conteining by estimac[i]on eighteene acres an d [...] roods Irish measure and lyeing to the high way leading from the towne of Colerane to Portrush All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Richard Berwicke one of the Aldermen of Colerane or his assignes w[i]th all waies and pasages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Tenn pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and upon such further and the like condition coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Henry Bennett beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Com[missioner]s and the said Tristram Barwick have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said eighteenth day of July the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]ties behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Richard Barwicke one of the Aldermen of Colerane aforesaid doe conclude and agree that the said Richard Barwick and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement garden and backside w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Colerane aforesaid now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of George Clare or his assignes and all the ground and land in Colerane aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of William ffarticke Mary Hamilton widdow and John Willson or their or any of their assignes and now or late belonging to the said messuage or tenem[en]t and all edifices and buildings thereuppon and one garden plott lately taken out of the Common in Colerane aforesaid and adioining to a garden plott of Edmund Cosins gent[leman] or his assignes and conteining by estimac[i]on one rood and thirty poles and [...] stable and garden plott in the late workeyard in Colerane aforesaid and now in the occupation of the said Richard Barwicke [...] called by the

T[…] Majesty’s behalf […]town of Coleraine, […] do conclude and agree that the said Tristram Barwick and his assigns shall have and hold […] or tenement garden, and backside with their appurtenances in Coleraine, and two closes or parcels of land and pasture with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid containing by estimation eighteen acres and […] roods Irish measure and lying to the highway leading from the town of Coleraine to Portrush. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of Richard Barwick, one of the Aldermen of Coleraine, or his assigns, with all ways and pasages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of ten pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Henry Bennett beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Tristram Barwick have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said eighteenth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Barwick, one of the Aldermen of Coleraine aforesaid, do conclude and agree that the said Richard Barwick and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, garden, and backside with the appurtenances in Coleraine aforesaid, now in the tenure or occupation of George Clare or his assigns, and all the ground and land in Coleraine aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupation of William Fartick, Mary Hamilton, widow, and John Wilson or their or any of their assigns, and now or late belonging to the said messuage or tenement and all edifices and buildings thereupon, and one garden plot lately taken out of the common in Coleraine aforesaid and adjoining to a garden plot of Edmund Cosins, gentleman, or his assignes and containing by estimation one rood and thirty poles, and […] stable, and garden plot in the late workyard in Coleraine aforesaid and now in the occupation of the said Richard Barwick, […] called by the
