shall and may be allowed by the Muster Master [...] shall an d may from time to time during the said term have and take fireboot and hedgeboot to be taken in and upon the thornes bushes shred dings and lopp s of trees and underwood growinge up[p]on the p remisses if the same be there to be had the same to be spent upon the p[re]mi ses and not elsewhere And that his Ma[ies]ty will be gratiously pleased to ratify and confirm this agreem[en]t by his Letters Pattents under the Great Seal of England and that the said Tristram and M ichael shall covenant and grannt thereby for them their heires Executors administrators and assignes to p[er]former what is hereby agreed on their p[ar]ts And the same Tristram and Michaell doe humbly desire his Ma[ies]ty to be gratiously pleased to make and create the said late Mannor of Pellipar and all the lands in the the aforesaid proporc[i]on into a Mannor with a Court Baron the same Mannor to be called by such name as his Ma[ies]ty shall please and the said Tristram and Michaell to have and keepe the said Court b aron by their sufficient Steward accordinge to the lawes and customs in England, and have all the ffynes yssues a merciaments and profits of the said Court duringe the said Terme and make keep and deliver the like booke of the said Court as of the said court leet Except and allwayes reservinge to his Ma[ies]ty all the rents and releiffs of all and every the ffreeholders and others holden or to be holden of the said Mannor In Wittnes whereof the said commissioners and the said Tristram have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The Eighteenth day of the moneth of September in the fifteenth yeare of the raigne of our soveraigne Lord Charles by the grace of God of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland, kinge defender of the Faith [et]c And in the yeare of our Lord god one thousand six hundred and thirty [and] nine The said Com[missioner]s for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Tristram Beresford the younger of Colerane aforesaid Esq[uire] ffor and on the behalfe of himselfe and the said Michaell Beresford doe conclude and agree that his Ma[ies]ty wil[l] be gratiously pleased to erect and create and make upon or within

And that his Majesty will be graciously pleased to ratify and confirm this agreement by his letters patent under the Great Seal of England, and that the said Tristram and Michael shall covenant and grant thereby for them, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to performer what is hereby agreed on their parts. And the same Tristram and Michael do humbly desire his Majesty to be graciously pleased to make and create the said late Manor of Pellipar and all the lands in the the aforesaid Proportion into a manor with a court baron, the same manor to be called by such name as his Majesty shall please, and the said Tristram and Michael to have and keep the said court baron by their sufficient Steward according to the laws and customs in England, and have all the fines, issues, amerciaments, and profits of the said court during the said term, and make, keep, and deliver the like book of the said court as of the said court leet. Except and always reserving to his Majesty all the rents and reliefs of all and every the freeholders and others holden or to be holden of the said manor. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Tristram have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
