The aforesaid three and twentieth day of September the foresaid Commission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Whiteheade John Cooke and Thomas Lee of Desert Martin in the late countie of Londonderry husbandmen doe conclude and agree that the said John Whiteheade John Cooke and Thomas Lee and t heir assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or known by the name of [...] with the appurtenanc[e]s in Desert Martyn aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known containing by estimac[i]on one hundred threescore and tenn acres Irishe measure with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]te thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffowerteene pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and George Elliott James Patterson William Witty and John Kennady beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said John Whitehead John Cooke and Thomas Lee have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid three and twentieth day of September the aforesaid Commission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and George Scott and William Pott of Magherafelt in the late county of Londonderry yeomen doe conclude and agree that the said George and William and their assignes shall have and hold all those two Townelands commonly called or knowne by the severall name or names of the two Ballimohanes with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Magharafelt aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names [th]e same or either of them be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on five hundred and thirty acres Irishe measure with all waies and passages unto the premisses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with excepc[i]ons and reservac[i]ons of lyme stone and lib[er]ty to digg and carry away the same for makeing of lyme for building on his ma[ies]t[ie]s lands within the late county of Londonderry and with such further and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffower and thirty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and James Young beforenamed are conteined save onely that the said George and William are not by this agreem[en]t tyed or bound to build an house as the said James Young by his said agreement is to doe And with this further agreem[en]t that the said George and William and their assignes shall within three yeares now next comeing fence inclose and incoppice with dikes and double quicksett twenty acres Irishe measure of the woods and woodgrounds p[ar]cell of the foresaid p[re]misses and the same fences and inclosures shall well and sufficiently p[re]serve and keepe during the said terme and allsoe the same twenty acres shall during the said terme p[re]serve and keepe as Coppicewoods from hurt and spoil and uppon everie fell that shal[l] be made thereof shall new incoppice the same after the manner

therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of fifteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Young beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Robert Fleetwood is not tied or bound by this agreement to build a house, and with this further agreement that the said Robert Fleetwood and his assigns shall, within two years now next coming, fence, enclose, and encoppice with dikes and double quicksett ten acres of Irish measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcel of the foresaid premises, and the same fences and enclosures shall well and sufficiently preserve and keep during the said term, and the same ten acres shall during the said term preserve and keep as coppicewoods from hurt and spoil, and upon every fell that shall be made thereof shall new encoppice the same after the manner and usage in England, and shall also preserve and keep upon every acre of the foresaid woodground upon every felling and cutting of the said woods, so to be encoppiced, thirty young storiers and thirty standalls of oak or ash fit to make timber trees. The aforesaid three and twentieth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Whitehead, John Cook, and Thomas Lee of Desertmartin in the late county of Londonderry, husbandmen, do conclude and agree that the said John Whitehead, John Cook, and Thomas Lee and their assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of  […] with the appurtenances in Desertmartin aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred three-score and ten acres Irish measure, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of fourteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and George Elliott, James Patterson, William Witty, and John Kennedy beforenamed are contained. The aforesaid three and twentieth day of September, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and George Scott and William Pott of Magherafelt in the late county of Londonderry, yeomen, do conclude and agree that the said George and William and their assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of the two Ballimohanes [Ballymoghan More] with the appurtenances in Magherafelt aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or known, containing by estimation five hundred and thirty acres Irish measure, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with exceptions and reservations of lime stone and liberty to dig and carry away the same for making of lime for building on his Majesty’s lands within the late county of Londonderry, and with such further and the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of four and thirty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with under and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Young beforenamed are contained, save only that the said George and William are not by this agreement tied or bound to build a house as the said James Young by his said agreement is to do. And with this further agreement that the said George and William and their assigns shall, within three years now next coming, fence, enclose, and encoppice with dikes and double quicksett twenty acres Irish measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcel of the foresaid premises, and the same fences and enclosures shall well and sufficiently preserve and keep during the said term, and also the same twenty acres shall during the said term preserve and keep as coppicewoods from hurt and spoil, and upon every fell that shall be made thereof shall new encoppice the same after the manner
