Richard Tingle William Wright .7.

The foresaid three and twentieth day of September the aforesaid Commission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Richard Tingle and William Wright of Magherafelt in the late countie of Londonderry yeomen doe conclude and agree that the said Richard and William and their assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Killenesse with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Magherafelt aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on one hundred threescore and seaventeene acres Irishe measure with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twentie yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Thirteene pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by [th]e said Commission[er]s and George Elliott James Patterson William Wittie and John Kennady beforenamed are conteyned save onely that the said Richard Tingle and William Wright are not by this agreement tyed to build an house and with this further agreement that the said Richard Tingell and William Wright and their assignes shall within two yeares now next comeing fence inclose and incopice with dikes and double quicksett tenn acres of Irishe measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcell of the foresaid p[re]misses and the same fences and inclosures shall well and sufficiently p[re]serve and keepe during the said term and allsoe the same tenn acres shall during the said terme p[re]serve and keepe as Copicewoods from hurt and spoile and upon every fell that shal[l] be made thereof shall new incopice the same after the manner and usage in England and shall allsoe p[re]serve and keepe upon everie acre of the foresaid woodground upon everie felling and cutting of the said woods soe to be incopiced as aforesaid thirty young storiers and thirty standalls of oake and ashe fitt to make timber trees. The aforesaid three and twentieth day of September the said Commission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Robert Waring of Magherafelt in the late county of Londonderry for and on the behalfe of Robert ffleetwood of Magherafelt aforesaid gent[lemen] doe conclude and agree that the said Robert ffleetwood and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Drumraney with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Magherafelt aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne containing by estimation one hundred threescore and tenn acres Irishe measure with all ways and passages unto the premises or anie part thereof belonging or forme rly enjoyed

and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Young beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement that the said John and his assigns shall, within two years now next coming, fence, enclose, and encoppice with dikes and double quicksett ten acres Irish measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcel of the aforesaid premises, and the same fences and enclosures shall well and sufficiently preserve and keep during the said term, and also the same ten acres shall during the said term preserve and keep as coppicewoods from hurt and spoil, and upon every fell that shall be made thereof shall new encoppice the same after the manner and usage in England, and shall also preserve and keep upon every acre of the foresaid woodground upon every felling and cutting of the said woods, so to be encoppiced as aforesaid, thirty young storiers and thirty standalls of oak and ash fit to make timber trees. The foresaid three and twentieth day of September, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Tingle and William Wright of Magherafelt in the late county of Londonderry, yeomen, do conclude and agree that the said Richard and William and their assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Killyneese with the appurtenances in Magherafelt aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred three-score and seventeen acres Irish measure, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of thirteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and George Elliott, James Patterson, William Witty, and John Kennedy beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Richard Tingle and William Wright are not by this agreement tied to build a house, and with this further agreement that the said Richard Tingle and William Wright and their assigns shall, within two years now next coming, fence, enclose, and encoppice with dikes and double quicksett ten acres of Irish measure of the woods and woodgrounds parcel of the foresaid premises, and the same fences and enclosures shall well and sufficiently preserve and keep during the said term, and also the same ten acres shall during the said term preserve and keep as coppicewoods from hurt and spoil, and upon every fell that shall be made thereof shall new encoppice the same after the manner and usage in England, and shall also preserve and keep upon every acre of the foresaid woodground upon every felling and cutting of the said woods, so to be encoppiced as aforesaid, thirty young storiers and thirty standalls of oak and ash fit to make timber trees. The aforesaid three and twentieth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Waring of Magherafelt in the late county of Londonderry, for and on the behalf of Robert Fleetwood of Magherafelt aforesaid, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Robert Fleetwood and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Drumrainey with the appurtenances in Magherafelt aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred three-score and ten acres Irish measure, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed
