The said seaventh day of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Donnaghe O’Cahan of Errigell in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] do conclude and agree that the said Donnaghe O Cahan his hei rs and assignes shall have and hold for ever, all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Clonkeen with the appurtenanc[e]s p[ar]cell of the Ballibetto of Ballenemonie and heretofore p[ar]cell of the lands [and] possessions of Manus Mc Qui valley O Cahan gent[leman] deceased or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne and all the Cabyns, howses, edifices, and buildings thereup[p]on, All which premisses are lyinge and beinge in Errigell aforesaid within the late proporc[i]on of land called the Iro[n]mongers Proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Lizard in the late County of Londonderry and allso all waies and passages to the foresaid premiss es or any part thereof belonginge or therewith enioyed the same premisses to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heires and successors as of such Mannor as his Ma jesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proporc[i]on called the Ironmongers Proportion with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for and under the yearly rent of Twenty sixe shillings [and] eight pence sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and suit att Court and Mill within the said Proporc[i]on called the Ironmongers Proporc[i]on, and with up[p]on and under the like further reservac[i]ons, lib[er]ties, powers, tenures services, covenants and agreements as in the aforesaid Agreement made by the said commissioners and fferdoragh O Cahan beforenamed are conteined save only that the said Donnaghe is not by this agreement to build a howse as the said fferdoragh by his said Agreem[en]t is to doe In wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Donnaghe O’Cahan have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritt en:

Donnaghe O’Cahan

The said seventh day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Donnaghe O’Cahan of Errigal in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Donnaghe O’Cahan, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold forever all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Glenkeen, with the appurtenances, parcel of the ballibetagh of Ballenemonie and heretofore parcel of the lands and possessions of Manus McCoey Ballagh O’Cahan, gentleman, deceased, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, and all the cabins, houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon. All which premises are lying and being in Errigal aforesaid within the late Proportion of land called the Ironmongers’ Proportion or late Manor of Lizard in the late county of Londonderry, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed, the same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the Ironmongers Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for and under the yearly rent of twenty-six shillings and eight pence sterling payable in such manner and at such dayes and times and suit at court and mill within the said Proportion called the Ironmongers’ Proportion, and with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Ferdora O’Cahan beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Donnaghe is not by this agreement to build a house as the said Ferdora by his said agreement is to do.
