The said second day of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Michaell Beresford of Dungeven in the late County of Londonderry Esquire doe conclude and agre e that the said Michaell Berisford his heires and assignes shall have and hold for ever, All those tenn severall Townelands com[m]only called or known by the severall name or names of Aighykerney Killnohoushey [...] Knockbrackon, Ardykilley Moighboy Tarblereagh, Tullyarvy [...] Maynenagroagh, Tully Allentragh and Tully allenoutragh with the appurten[an]c[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or knowne, and all the Messuages, Cabynes Cott ages howses, edifices, and buildings thereup[p]on All which premisses were heretof ore parcel of the lands and possessions of Manus O Cahan Esq[uire] deceased and lyinge and beinge within the Proporc[i]on of land called the Grocers’ Proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Grocers and in the late county of Londonderry, and allso all waies and passages to th e aforesaid premises or any p[ar]te thereof belonginge or therewith enioyed the same premises to be held of his Ma[ies]ty his heires and Succes sors as of such manor as his Ma[ies]tie shall erect, create or make of or within the aforesaid proporc[i]on called the Grocers Proporc[i]on with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for and und er the yearly rent of Thirteene pounds sixe shillings eight pence sterling payable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and suit at court and Mill there and w ith upon and under th e like further reservations liberties, powers tenures services covenants and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the sa id commissioners and Tristram Berisford th[e] elder Esq[uire] beforenamed are contained In witness whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Michael Beresford have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said second day of August the aforesaid Com[m]ission ers for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Tristram Beresford of Colerane in the late County of Londonderry the yo unger esquire do conclude and agree that the said Tristram Beresford his heirs and assigns shall have and hold for ever All those two T ownlands commonly called or knowne by the name or names of [...] with the appurtenances or by

And that the said Tristram Beresford shall covenant and grant thereby for him, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to perform what is hereby agreed on his part. The said second day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission. and Michael Beresford of Dungiven in the late county of Londonderry, esquire, do conclude and agree that the said Michael Beresford, his heirs and assigns shall have and hold forever all those ten several townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Aighykerney, Killnohoushey, […], Knockbrackon, Ardykilley, Mobuoy, Tarblereagh, Tullyarvy, […], Maynenagroagh, Tully Lower, and Tully Upper, with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any of them be called or known, and all the messuages, cabins, cottages, houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon. All which premises were heretofore parcel of the lands and possessions of Manus O’Cahan, esquire, deceased, and lying and being within the Proportion of land called the Grocers’ Proportion or late Manor of Grocers and in the late county of Londonderry, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed, the same premises to be held of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the aforesaid Proportion called the Grocers’ Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions and for and under the yearly rent of thirteen pounds six shillings eight pence sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill there, and with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Tristram Beresford, the elder, esquire, beforenamed are contained.
