The said four and twentieth day of July the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission and John Blackborne of Killreaghe aforesaid butcher do conclude and agree that the said John and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage and tenem[en]t garden and backside with th[e] appurtena[n]c[e]s in Killreaghe aforesaid now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John or his assignes and allsoe all those lands and meadowground with th[e] appurtena[n]c[e]s in the towneland of Ergina als[o] Erina in the parish of Killreaghe aforesaid and conteining by estimac[i]on eighteene acres Irishe measure and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Samuell Darwyn or his assignes and allsoe all waies and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like exceptions and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of ffower pounds and tenn shillings sterl ing payable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and uppon such and the like condition coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commi ssioners and John Carnohan beforenamed are conteyned saveing onely that the said John Blackburn is not to find or main tain one muskett furnished In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said John Blackburne have putt their to hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said ffower and twentieth day of July th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Richard Drayton of Killreaghe aforesaid wheelewright doe conclude and agree that the said Richard Drayton and his assignes shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement garden and backside thereunto adioining with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Killreaghe aforesaid and nineteene acres of arrable and pasture ground in Killreaghe aforesaid all w[hi]ch p[re]misses now or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Richard Drayton or his assignes for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past and for and under the yearly rent of ffower pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and with uppon and under such further and the like agreements coven[a]nts and condic[i]on as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are conteyned saveing onely that the said Richard Drayton shall not be bound to find a muskett furnished In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Richard Drayton have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said four and twentieth day of July, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Blackburn of Kilrea aforesaid, butcher, do conclude and agree that the said John and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage and tenement, garden and backside with the appurtenances in Kilrea aforesaid, now in the tenure or occupation of the said John or his assigns, and also all those lands and meadow ground with the appurtenances in the townland of Ergina, also Erina [Erganagh], in the parish of Kilrea aforesaid and containing by estimation eighteen acres Irish measure, and now or late in the tenure or occupation of Samuel Darwin or his assigns, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of four pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Carnohan beforenamed are contained, saving only that the said John Blackburn is not to find or maintain one musket furnished. The said four and twentieth day of July, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Drayton of Kilrea aforesaid, wheelwright, do conclude and agree that the said Richard Drayton and his assigns shall have and hold all that messuage or tenement, garden, and backside thereunto adjoining with the appurtenances in Kilrea aforesaid, and nineteen acres of arable and pasture ground in Kilrea aforesaid, all which premises now or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Richard Drayton or his assigns, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, and for and under the yearly rent of four pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and with, upon, and under such further and the like agreements, covenants, and condition as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and James Carnohan beforenamed are contained, saving only that the said Richard Drayton shall not be bound to find a musket furnished. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Richard Drayton have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
