for the service of his Majesty his heirs and successors one pike and corslet and one musk et furnished in such manner as the same shall and may be allowed by the Muster Master of the said county in which the premises are for the time being and that uppon r easonable request there shal[l] be allowed and set out unto the said William or his assignes f rom time to tyme during the said terme by the Woodward or other officer of his ma jesty his heires and successors roughe timber for repairing th[e] aforesaid house and buildings in convenient places within the late county of Londonderry to be spent uppon the premisses and not elsewhere. And that his ma[ies]tie wil[l] be gratiously pleased to ratifie and confirme this agreement by his l[ett]res patents under the great Seale of England and that the said William Wilkes shall coven[a]nt and grant thereby for him his heires executors administrators [and] assignes to p[er]forme what is hereby agreed on his p[ar]te In witnes whereof the said Com[m]ission[er]s and the said William Wilkes have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said thirteenth day of August the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and David Bulsell of Aghadowey in the late county of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said David [and] his assignes shall have and hold all that halfe Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Drohill als[o] Droughill w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nces in Aghadowey aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on fourty acres Irishe measure and the moiety of the bogg thereunto adioining and all cabbins edifices [and] buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages to th[e] aforesaid p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the same terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of seaven pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Com[missioner]s and Robert Burden beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Com[missioner]s and the said David Bulsell have putt to their hands the day [and] yeare abovewritten:

Turlow mc Alaster

The said thirteenth day of August the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Turloughe mc Allestur of Aghadowey in the late county of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Turloughe mc Allestur and his assignes shall have and hold all that halfe Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Corlamuckell als[o] Droughill with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Aghadowey aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on three and thirty acres Irishe measure now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Turloughe or his assignes and the moiety of the bogg thereunto adioining [and] all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages to th[e] aforesaid p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or therewith formerly enioyed w[i]th and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob last past for and under the yearly rent of ffive pounds and ffifteene shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Neale ffullerton beforenamed are con tained save only that the said Turloughe is not by this agreement to have and k eep in readines one pike and corslet as the said Neale is to doe by his said agreement [...]

for the service of his Majesty, his heirs and successors one pike and corslet and one musket furnished in such manner as the same shall and may be allowed by the Muster Master of the said county in which the premises are for the time being, and that upon reasonable request there shall be allowed and set out unto the said William or his assigns, from time to time during the said term by the Woodward or other Officer of his Majesty, his heirs and successors rough timber for repairing the aforesaid house and buildings, in convenient places within the late county of Londonderry to be spent upon the premises and not elsewhere. And that his Majesty will be graciously pleased to ratify and confirm this agreement by his letters patent under the Great Seal of England and that the said William Wilkes shall covenant and grant thereby for him, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to perform what is hereby agreed on his part. The said thirteenth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and David Bulsell of Aghadowey in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said David and his assigns shall have and hold all that half townland commonly called or known by the name of Drohill, also Droughill [Droghed], with the appurtenances in Aghadowey aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation forty acres Irish measure, and the moiety of the bog thereunto adioining and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the same term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of seven pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Burden beforenamed are contained. Turlow McAlaster

The said thirteenth day of August, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Turlow McAlaster of Aghadowey in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Turlow McAlaster and his assigns shall have and hold all that half townland commonly called or known by the name of Corlamuckell, also Droughill [Cornamuclagh], with the appurtenances in Aghadowey aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation three and thirty acres Irish measure, now in the tenure or occupation of the said Turlow or his assigns, and the moiety of the bog thereunto adioining, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith formerly enjoyed, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds and fifteen shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Neil Fullerton beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Turlow is not by this agreement to have and keep in readiness one pike and corslet as the said Neil is to do by his said agreement […]
