The said tenth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Houston of Camos in the late county of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said John Houston and his assignes shall have and hold all that Townland commonly called or known by the name of Balleclothe with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in the parishe of Aghadowey in the said late county of Londonderry or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on one hundred ffifty and fower acres Irishe m easure and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages to th[e] aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of seaventeene pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners and Robert Burden beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said John Houston have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:
