The second day of September in the ffifteenthe yeare of his Majesty’s reign annoque domini 1639 the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said commission and Brian Magilligan of Balteaghe in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] and Bryan Magilligan th[e] elder of Magiligan in the said late county gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Brian and Brian and their assignes s hall have and hold all that Towneland commonly called or knowne by the name of Largantine with th[e] appurten ances in Aughlowe in the said late County or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or know n conteining by estimac[i]on three hundred and nin ety acres Irishe measure and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waiess and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Eight pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and upon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commission[er]s and Margarett mc Leland and Robert mc Leland beforenamed are contained In witness whereof the said Commission[er]s and the said Bryan and Bryan have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The third day of the said monethe of September the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Richard Kirby of Ballikelley in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Richard and his assignes shall have and hold All those two Townelands commonly called or knowne by the severall name or names of Smullgadon [and] Drumgawney with th[e] appur tenances in Balteaghe in the said late county or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on three hundred ffowerscore and eight acres Irishe measure and all cabbins edifices and buildings thereuppon and allsoe all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for [th]e terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Sixteene pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commission[er]s and Margaret mc Leland and Robert mc Leland beforenamed are conteyened In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Richard Kirbye have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said third day of September the said Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Donnell mc Manus o Mullan of Balteaghe in the late county of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Donnell and his assignes shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or knowne by the severall name or names of Drumcerne and Bewilly w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Balteaghe aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowne conteining by estimac[i]on ffive hundred and threescore acres Irishe measure and all cabbins edifices [and] buildings thereupon and allsoe all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Eight and twenty pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commission[er]s and Thomas mc Leland and William mc Leland beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Donnell mc Manus have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The second day of September in the fifteenth year of his Majesty’s reign annoque domini 1639 the said Commissioners for and on his majestys behalf by virtue of the said commission and Brian Magilligan of Balteagh in the late county of Londonderry gentleman and Brian Magilligan the elder of Magiligan in the said late county gentleman do conclude and agree that the said Brian and Brian and their assigns shall have and hold all that Townland commonly called or known by the name of Largantea with the appurtenances in Aghanloo in the said late County or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowcontaining by estimation three hundred and ninety acres Irish measure and all cabins edifices and buildings thereupon and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Eight pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with under and upon such further and the like condition covenants and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Margarett McClelland and Robert McClelland beforenamed are contained In witness whereof the said Commissioners and the said Brian and Brian have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said third day of September the said Commissioners for and on his majestys behalf by virtue of the said Commission and Donal McManus O’Mullan of Balteagh in the late county of Londonderry gentleman do conclude and agree that the said Donal and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Drumsurn Lower and Bewilly with the appurtenances in Balteagh aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or known containing by estimation five hundred and threescore acres Irish measure and all cabins edifices and buildings thereupon and also all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of Eight and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with under and upon such further and the like condition covenants and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Thomas McClelland and William McClelland before-
