The said third day of September the said commissioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by virtue of the said commission and Richard Baseley of Clandermott in the late county of Londonderry Mason doe conclude and agree that the said Richard and his assignes shall have and hold all those two Townelands commonly called or knowne by the severall name or names of Gartenasses also the Two Gartenasses with the appurtenanc[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowne conteininge by estimac[i]on three hundred ffower score and tenn acres Irish measure and all Cabyns edifices [and] buildings thereup[p]on and allso all wayes [and] passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith with and under such and the like ex ceptions for the terme of one and twenty yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillipp and Jacob nowe last past for and under the yearly rent of three and twenty pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with und er and up[p]on such and the like condic[i]on coven[an]ts and agreem[en]t s as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Com[m]issioners and Robert Downs beforenamed are conteined In Wittnes whereof the said commissioners and the said Richard Baseley have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The said fourth day of the said Moneth of September the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said commission and Turloghe O Quyn of ffaughenvale in the late County of Londonderry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Turloughe and his assignes shall have and hold All those Two Townelands com[m]only called or knowne by the severall name or names of Dungillin and Tawneryn with the appurtenanc[e]s in Cumber in [th]e late County of Londonderry or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowne conteininge by estimac[i]on fower hundred and five and twenty acres Irishe measure and all Cabbins Edifices [and] buildings thereup[p]on and allso all waies [and] passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any p[ar]te thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the Terme of one and Twenty yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillipp and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of sixeteene pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with and up[p]on such and the like condic[i]on coven[an]ts [and] agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and Salomon Mc Crener beforenamed are conteined. Shane O Cahan .10.

The said fowerth day of September the said Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Shane O Cahan of ffaughenvale in the said County of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclude and agree that the said Shane and his assignes shall have and hold all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Avis als[o] Uavis with the appurten[an]c[e]s in Clandermott aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne

The said third day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Richard Baseley of Clondermot in the late county of Londonderry, mason, do conclude and agree that the said Richard and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Gartenasses, also the two Gartenasses [Gortnessy], with the appurtenances, or by whatsover other name or names the same or either of them be called or known containing by estimation three hundred four-score and ten acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of three and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Downs beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Richard Baseley have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Thurlow O’Quin 9.

The said fourth day of the said month of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Thurlow O’Quin of Faughanvale in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Thurlow and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Highmoor and  Tamnaherin, with the appurtenances, in Cumber [Cumber Lower] in the late county of Londonderry or by whatsover other name or names the same or either of them be called or known, containing by estimation four hundred and five and twenty acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of sixteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with  and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Solomon McCrenor beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Thurlow have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

Shane O’Cahan .10.

The said fourth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Shane O’Cahan of Faughanvale in the said county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Shane and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Avish, also Uavis, with the appurtenances in Clondermot aforesaid, or by whatsover other name or names the same be called or known,
