shall from tyme to tyme duringe the said Terme of years [...] be resident [and] inhabitant in and up[p]on the aforesaid p[re]mi ses and shall grind att his Ma[ies]t[ie]s Mill within the late Mannor of Grocers or proporc[i]on of land called the Grocers Proporc[i]on in the said late County of Londonderry all his and their mault corne and grayne which he or they shall expend or use uppon the p[re]misses or being ground shall s ell to any p[er]son or p[er]sons and pay for grindinge thereof to the Miller of the said Mill for the tyme beinge the sixeteenth part of all the said mault corne and grayne. And shall doe suite att the Court Baron to be holden for such Mannor as his Ma[ies]ty shall erect or make up[p]on or within th e said proporc[i]on from three weekes to three weekes if the same shall be so often held And shall duringe the said Terme keepe sustain and maintaine the aforesaid house and all other the aforesaid buildings in good and sufficient rep[ar]ac[i]ons And shall within seaven years now next com[m]inge with dike and double quicksett where quicksett will grow and with other good and suffic[i]ent ffences and Inclosures where quicksett will not growe devide, sever, and make the aforesaid p[re]misses into three severall closes more then the same now are and the same beinge soe devided made and severed and all other the hedges ditches and inclosures up[p]on or belonginge to the aforesaid p[re]misses shall keepe and maintaine well and suffic[i]ently ffenced, ditched inclosed and quicksetted duringe the said Terme and shall yearly duringe the said Terme sett and plant up[p]on some p[ar]tes of the said p[re]misses three young trees of oake or ashe fitt or likely to growe to be tymber trees and the same or others to be sett and planted in the roomes [and] steeds of such of them as shall happen to dye shall maintaine p[re]serve and keepe from hurt and spoyle duringe the said Terme. And that up[p]on reasonable request there shall be allowed and sett out unto the said Salomon or his assignes from tyme to tyme duringe the said Terme by the Woodward or other Officer of his Ma[ies]ty his heirs and Successors howseboote in convenient places within the late County of Londonderry to be spent up[p]on the p[re]misses [and] not elsewhere, Provided allwaies and up[p]on condic[i]on that if the said Solomon doe not within two yeares now next com[m]inge usually [...] to Churche and in all thinges conforme himselfe to the [...] and discipline of the Churche of England that then if the Attorney generall in England of his Ma[ies]ty his heyres or successors for the tyme beinge shall under his hands in writinge exp[re]sse or declare that it is the will and pleasure of his Ma[ies]ty his heires or Successors that the said Salomon or his assignes shall noe longer hold or enioy the aforesaid p[re]misses That then and from thenceforth this present contract and agreem[en]t and the grant [and] lease thereup[p]on to be made shall cease determine and be voyde any thinge in these p[re]sents or in the said grannt or lease to be conteined to the contrary thereof in any case notwithstandinge And that his Ma[ies]ty will be gratiously pleased to ratify and confirme this Agreem[en]t under the great seale of England and that the said Salomon shall cov enant and grannt thereby for him his heires Executors administrators and assignes to performe what is hereby agreed on his part In witness whereof the said Com[m]ission[er]s [and] [th]e said Salomon have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritt en:

shall, from time to time during the said term of years, […] be resident and inhabitant in and upon the aforesaid premises, and shall grind at his Majesty’s mill within the late Manor of Grocers or Proportion of land called the Grocers’ Proportion in the said late county of Londonderry, all his and their malt, corn, and grain which he or they shall expend or use upon the premises or being ground shall sell to any person or persons, and pay for grinding thereof to the miller of the said mill, for the time being the sixteenth part of all the said malt, corn, and grain. And shall do suit at the court baron to be holden for such manor as his Majesty shall erect or make upon or within the said Proportion, from three weeks to three weeks if the same shall be so often held. And shall during the said term keep, sustain, and maintain the aforesaid house and all other the aforesaid buildings in good and sufficient reparations. And shall within seven years now next coming, with dikes and double quicksett where quicksett will grow and with other good and sufficient fences and enclosures where quicksett will not grow, divide, sever, and make the aforesaid premises into three several closes more then the same now are, and the same being so divided, made, and severed, and all other the hedges, ditches, and enclosures upon or belonging to the aforesaid premises shall keep and maintain well and sufficiently fenced, ditched, enclosed, and quicksetted during the said term, and shall yearly during the said term set and plant upon some parts of the said premises three young trees of oak or ash fit or likely to grow to be timber trees, and the same or others to be set and planted in the rooms and steads of such of them as shall happen to die shall maintain, preserve, and keep from hurt and spoil during the said term. And that upon reasonable request there shall be allowed and set out unto the said Solomon or his assigns, from time to time during the said term, by the Woodward or other Officer of his Majesty, his heirs and successors, houseboot in convenient places within the late county of Londonderry to be spent upon the premises and not elsewhere, provided always and upon condition that if the said Solomon do not, within two years now next coming, usually […] to church and in all things conform himself to the […] and discipline of the Church of England, that then if the Attorney General in England of his Majesty, his heirs or successors for the time being, shall, under his hands, in writing express or declare that it is the will and pleasure of his Majesty, his heirs or successors that the said Solomon or his assigns shall no longer hold or enjoy the aforesaid premises, that then and from thenceforth this present contract and agreement and the grant and lease thereupon to be made shall cease, determine, and be void, any thing in these presents or in the said grant or lease to be contained to the contrary thereof in any case notwithstanding. And that his Majesty will be graciously pleased to ratify and confirm this agreement under the Great Seal of England, and that the said Solomon shall covenant and grant thereby for him, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to perform what is hereby agreed on his part. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Solomon have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
