p[re]misses for the service of his Majesty his heirs and successors one corslett furnished in such manner as the same shall and may be allowed by the Muster master of the County in which the p[re]misses are for the tyme beinge, and that upon reasonable request there shall be allowed and sett out unto the said Robert Younge or his assignes from tyme to tyme duringe the said Terme by the Woodward or other Officer of his Ma[ies]ty his heires and Successors rough Timber for buildinge and repairinge the aforesaid howse and howseboote in convenient places within the late County of Londonderry to be spent upon the p[re]misses and not elsewhere. And that the said Robert and his assignes shall and may from tyme to tyme duringe the said Terme have, and take fireboote and hedgeboote to be taken in and upon the Stumpes and roots of dead trees, thornes bushes shreddings and lopps of trees and underwoods growinge upon the the p[re]misses and not otherwise. And that his Ma[ies]tie will be grat iously pleased to ratify and confirme this agreem[en]t by his Letters Patents under the great Seale of England. And that the said Robert shall Coven[an]t and grannt thereby for him his heires Executors Administrato[r]s and assignes to p[er]form what is hereby agreed on his part. James Akin and Allen Akin .3.

The said fower and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Com[m]ission[er]s for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and James Akyn of Clandermott in the late County of Londonderry yeoman for and on the behalfe of himselfe and of Allen Akyn of Clandermott aforesaid yeoman ffather of the said James doe conclude and agree that the said Allen and James and their assignes shall have and hold all those two Townelands com[m]only called by the severall name or names of Lismakerell Bogge and Lismakerell Moore al[l]s[o] the two Lismakerells with th[e] appurten[an]c[e]s in Clandermott aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowne conteininge by estimac[i]on two hundred seaventy and two acres Irishe measure And all Cabbins edifices and buildings thereupon and allso all waies and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob now last past for and under the yearly rent of seaven and twenty pounds sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and upon such and the like condic[i]on coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid Agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]issioners and Robert Younge beforenamed are conteined. premises for the service of his Majesty, his heirs and successors one corslet furnished in such manner as the same shall and may be allowed by the Muster Master of the county in which the premisesare for the time being, and that upon reasonable request there shall be allowed and set out unto the said Robert Young or his assigns, from time to time during the said term by the Woodward or other Officer of his Majesty, his heirs and successors, rough timber for building and repairing the aforesaid house, and houseboot in convenient places within the late county of Londonderry, to be spent upon the premises and not elsewhere. And that the said Robert and his assigns shall and may from time to time during the said term have and take fireboot and hedgeboot, to be taken in and upon the stumps and roots of dead trees, thornbushes, shreddings and lops of trees, and underwood growing upon the the premises and not otherwise. And that his Majesty will be graciously pleased to ratify and confirm this agreement by his letters patent under the Great Seal of England. And that the said Robert shall covenant and grant thereby for him, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to perform what is hereby agreed on his part. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Robert Young have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten.

James Akin and Alan Akin .3.

The said four and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and James Akin of Clondermot in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, for and on the behalf of himself and of Alan Akin of Clondermot aforesaid, yeoman, father of the said James, do conclude and agree that the said Alan and James and their assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called by the several name or names of Lismacarol Beg and Lismacarol More, also the two Lismacarols with the appurtenances in Clondermot aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or known, containing by estimation two hundred seventy and two acres Irish measure. And all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of seven and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Robert Young beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said James Akin have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
