The eighth day of the said Moneth of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and William Churche of Colerane in the late County of Londonderry gent leman for and on the behalf of hims elfe and Charles Churche […] sonnes of Thomas Churche of Myvanagher in the said late county the elder Esq[uire] doe conclude and agree that the said William Church and Charles Churche their heires and assign s shall have and hold forever, All that Towneland com[m]only called or know n by the name of Lanvore with the appurten[an]c[e]s or by what soever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteining by estim ation […] acres Irish measure, And all messuages Cab ins houses edifices and buildings thereup[p]on all which premiss es are lying and being in the parish of Aghadowy within the Proporc[i]on of land called the Mercers’ Proportion or late Mannor of Mercers within the late county of Londonderry and allso all waies and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enioyed the same premises to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heires and Successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect create or make of or within the said Proportion of land called the Mercers proporc[i]on, with and under such and the like exceptions and for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling payable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and suit at court and mill in the said Proporc[i]on and with up[p]on and und er the like further reservations liberties powers tenures, services, co venants and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Com missioners and […] beforenamed are conteyned In Witt ness whereof the said commissioners and the said William Churche have s et to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

[…]em other premises are lying and being in Kilcronaghan in the late county of Londonderry, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed, the same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the said Proportion of land called the Skinners’ Proportion, or late Manor of Pellipar, and under such and the like exceptions, and for and under the yearly rent of four pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill in the said Proportion, and with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and George Canning, esquire, beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Tristram Beresford have set to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The eighth day of the said month of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Church of Coleraine in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, for and on the behalf of himself and Charles Church, […], sons of Thomas Church of Movanagher in the said late county, the elder, esquire, do conclude and agree that the said William Church and Charles Church, their heirs and assigns, shall have and hold forever all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Landmore, with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation […] acres Irish measure. And all messuages, cabins, houses, edifices, and buildings thereupon, all which premises are lying and being in the parish of Aghadowey within the Proportion of land called the Mercers’ Proportion, or late Manor of Mercers, within the late county of Londonderry, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed, the same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the said Proportion of land called the Mercers’ Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill in the said Proportion, and with, upon, and under the like further reservations, liberties, powers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and […] beforenamed are contained.
