The seaven and twentieth day of the said Moneth of September the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and S[i]r John Clotworthy knight for and on the behalfe of George St Lawrence of Killiburnes in the late County of Londonderry gent[leman] Doe conclude and agree that the said George, his heyres and assignes shall have and hold for ever all that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Killebarnes with the appurten[an]c[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne conteininge by estimac[i]on [...]ety acres Irish measure in Dunlowran in the late County of Londonderry and all the houses edifices and buildings thereup[p]on all which p[re]misses are lyinge and being within the proporc[i]on of land called the Drap[er]s Proporc[i]on or late Manor of Drap[er]s in the late County of Londonderry and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid p[re]misses or any part thereof belonginge or therewith enioyed The same p[re]misses to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heyres and Successors as of such manor as his Ma[ies]ty shall erect create or make of or within the foresaid proporc[i]on of land called the Drap[er]s Proportion with and under such and the like excepc[i]on s and for and under the yearly rent of Three pounds sterling payable in such manner and att such dayes and times and suit at Court and Mill in the said Propo rtion [...]
