The said twelfth day of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Edward Warren of the late Cittie of Londonderry Tanner doe conclude [and] agree that the said Edward and Susan his wife and the heires and assignes of the said Edward shall have and hold for ever All that Towneland com[m]only called or knowne by the name of Timbrekan w[i]th the appurten[an]c[e]s or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowne and all the Cabyns edifices and buildings thereup[p]on all which p remises are lying and being in Bannagher in the Prop ortion of land called the ffishmongers Proporc[i]on or late Mannor of Walworth in the late County of Londonderry and allso all waies and pass ages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therew[i]th enioyed The same premises to be holden of his Ma[ies]ty his heires [and] Successors as of such mannor as his Ma[ies]ty shall erect, create or make of or with in the said Proporc[i]on called the ffishmongers Proporc[i]on with and under such and the like exceptions and for and under the yearly rent of fforty shillinges sterlinge paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and suit att Court and Mill in the said Proporc[i]on and w[i]th uppon and under the like further reservac[i]ons libertyes powers tenures services, coven[an]ts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Com[m]ission[er]s and John Ley beforenamed are conteined In Wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issioners and the said Edward Warren have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said Twelveth day of August the aforesaid Com[m]issioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Robert Chambers gent[leman] for and on behalf of John Hatton one of the Alldermen of the late city of Londonderry doe conclude and agree that the said John Hatton his heirs and assignes shall ha ve and hold forever [...]

The said twelfth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Edward Warren of the late city of Londonderry, tanner, do conclude and agree that the said Edward and Susan, his wife, and the heirs and assigns of the said Edward, shall have and hold forever all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Timbrekan, with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, and all the cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, all which premises are lying and being in Banagher in the Proportion of land called the Fishmongers’ Proportion or late Manor of Walworth in the late county of Londonderry, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or therewith enjoyed. The same premises to be holden of his Majesty, his heirs and successors as of such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make of or within the said Proportion called the Fishmongers’ Proportion, with and under such and the like exceptions, and for and under the yearly rent of forty shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and suit at court and mill in the said Proportionand with, upon, and under the like further reservations, libertiespowers, tenures, services, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Ley beforenamed are contained.
