The said fourth day of September, The said Com[m]ission[er]s for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by virtue of the said Commission And Manus mc Ohorty o Mullan of ffaughenvale in the late County of London-Derry yeoman doe conclude and agree that the said Manus and his assignes shall have and hold All that percell of land com[m]only called or knowen by the name of Oughbreake als[o] Glassikerry with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in ffaughanvale aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowen containeinge by estimac[i]on one hundred and fortie acres Irish measure And all Cabbines edifices and buildinges thereupon And alsoe all wayes and passages to the foresaid premisses or any parte thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therew[i]th with and under such and the like Excepc[i]ons for the terme of one and twentie yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob nowe last past for and under the yerly rent of three pounds sterlinge Payable in such manner and at such dayes and times, and w[i]th under and upon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the foresaid Agreement made by the said Com[m]ission[er]s and Arthur mackCloskey beforenamed are conteyned save onely that the said Manus is not tyed or bound by this agreem[en]t to builde a howse as the said Arthur is by his agreem[en]t to do. The said ffowerth day of September the foresaid Com[m]issio[ner]s for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Will[ia]m Downes of ffaughenvale in the late C ounty of London-Derry gentleman, Doe conclude and agree that the said Will[ia]m and his assignes shall have and hold All those two townelands com[m]only called or knowen by the name of Tullemoyne and Carrickhugh w[i]th th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in ffaughanvale aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or knowen contayneinge by estimac[i]on two hundred and six and twentie acres Irish measure and all howses Cabbines edifices and buildings thereupon, And alsoe all wayes and passages to the foresaid premisses or anie parte thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th and under such and the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob nowe last past for and under the yearelie rent of thirtie six pounds sterlinge for the ffirst yeare of the said one and twenty yeares and the yearelie rent of thirtie eight pounds sterlinge for the last twenty yeares residue of the said one and twenty yeares Payable in such manner and at

The said fourth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Manus McO’Horty O’Mullan of Faughanvale in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Manus and his assigns shall have and hold all that parcel of land commonly called or known by the name of Oughbreake, also Glasakeeran, with the appurtenances in Faughanvale aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation one hundred and forty acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times, and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Arthur McClosky beforenamed are contained, save only that the said Manus is not tied or bound by this agreement to build a house as the said Arthur is by his agreement to do. The said fourth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Downs of Faughanvale in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said William and his assigns shall have and hold all those two townlands commonly called or known by the name of Tullemoyne and Carrickhugh, with the appurtenances in Faughanvale aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same or either of them be called or known, containing by estimation two hundred and six and twenty acres Irish measure, and all houses, cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of thirty-six pounds sterling for the first year of the said one and twenty years, and the yearly rent of thirty-eight pounds sterling for the last twenty years’ residue of the said one and twenty years, payable in such manner and at
