7. Murtagh o Mullan . Edmund o Cahan

The said ffowerth day of September the foresaid C ommissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission, and Murtagh o Mullan , and Edmund oge o Cahan of Cumber in the late County of London derry yeomen, doe conclu de and agree that the said Murtagh and Edmunde and theire assignes shall have and hold, All that towne land com[m]only called or knowen by the name of kynquill mac cranell with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Cumber aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same bee called or knowen, and containeinge by estimac[i]on ffower hundred and twenty acres Irishe measure, And all cabins edifices [and] buildinges thereupon, And alsoe all wayes and passages to the foresaid premises or any parte thereof belonginge, or formerly enioyed therewith with and under such and the like Excepc[i]ons ffor the terme of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob nowe last past ffor [and] under the yearly rent of Eleaven pounds sterlinge, Payable in such manner and at such days and times and w[i]th under and upon such and the like condic[i]on covenants and agreements as in the foresaid Agreem[en]t made by the Com[m]issio[ner]s and Arthur McClosky before named are conteyned In wittnes whereof the said commissioners and the said Murtagh and Edmund have put[t] to theire hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

8. Alexander Adams Thomas Watts Gilbert McNely

The said ffowerth day of September, The said Com[m]ission[er]s for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission, And Alexander Adams Thomas Watts and Gilbert mc Nely of Tawlett ffinlegan in the late County of London Derry yoemen, Doe conclude and agree that the said Alexander Thomas [and] Gilbert and their assignes shall have and hold All that Towneland com[m]only called or knowen by the name of Tullowehoy with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Tawlett ffinlegan aforesaid or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or knowen conteineinge by estimac[i]on ffower score and one acres Irishe measure And all cabins edifices and buildinges thereupon, And alsoe all wayes and passages unto the foresaid premisses or any parte thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therewith exceptinge and reservinge unto his Ma[ies]ty his heires and successors All timber and timber trees storriers saplings and greate trees Mynes and quarries in upon or belonginge to the premisses or any parte thereof, And all such reasonable wayes and passages over the premisses for the Ten[a]nts [and] Occupiers of his Ma[ies]t[ie]s other lands as have bene formerly used, And all the River of Loughfoile and all other Rivers Creeks and streames in or neare the premisses [and] the soile and ground thereof, And all the fishinge and takeinge of salmon Eeles and other fishe in the said Rivers creeks streames and fishinges and lib[er]tie to make howses and drawe their netts, and doe any other thinge els[e] whatsoever upon the premisses concerninge the said fishinges ffor the terme of one and twenty yeares ffrom the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob nowe last past ffor and under the yearely rent of eighteene pounds sterlinge Payable into the Receipt of his Ma[ies]t[ie]s Exche quer in England or unto the hands of the Receivor of his Ma[ies]ty his heirs and successors for the time beinge ffor the Revenue of London derry als[o] Derry and Coleraine or either of them at the ffeasts of All Saints and Phillip and Jacob by equall porc[i]ons Upon condic[i]on that the said terme shall cease and be voide if the said rent or anie parte thereof shal[l] be behinde and unpaide by the space of fifty dayes next after anie of the said ffeasts or dayes of payment aforesaid, And the said Alexander Thomas and Gilberte or theire assigns shall at his or theire proper costs and charges within five yeares nowe next com[m]einge erect and build and fullie finish upon the p[re]misses

7. Murtagh O’Mullan. Edmund O’Cahan

The said fourth day of September, the foresaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Murtagh O’Mullan, and Edmund Oge O’Cahan of Cumber [Cumber Upper] in the late county of Londonderry, yeomen, do conclude and agree that the said Murtagh and Edmund and their assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Kilculmagrandal with the appurtenances in Cumber [Cumber Upper] aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known and containing by estimation four hundred and twenty acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eleven pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the commissioners and Arthur McClosky beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Murtagh and Edmund have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

8. Alexander Adams Thomas Watts Gilbert McNely

The said fourth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Alexander Adams, Thomas Watts, and Gilbert McNely of Tamlaght Finlagan in the late county of Londonderry, yoemen, do conclude and agree that the said Alexander, Thomas, and Gilbert and their assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Tullyhoe, with the appurtenances in Tamlaght Finlagan aforesaid, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation four -score and one acres Irish measure, and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages unto the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, excepting and reserving unto his Majesty, his heirs and successors all timber and timber trees, storiers, saplings and great trees, mines and quarries in, upon, or belonging to the premises or any part thereof, and all such reasonable ways and passages over the premises for the tenants and occupiers of his Majesty’s other lands as have been formerly used, and all the River of Foyle and all other rivers, creeks, and streams in or near the premises and the soil and ground thereof, and all the fishing and taking of salmon, eels, and other fish in the said rivers, creeks, streams and fishings, and liberty to make houses and draw their nets and do any other thing else whatsoever upon the premises concerning the said fishings, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eighteen pounds sterling payable into the receipt of his Majesty’s Exchequer in England, or unto the hands of the Receiver of his Majesty, his heirs and successors for the time being for the revenue of Londonderry, also Derry, and Coleraine or either of them, at the feasts of All Saints and Phillip and Jacob by equal portions. Upon condition that the said term shall cease and be void if the said rent or any part thereof shall be behind and unpaid by the space of fifty days next after any of the said feasts or days of payment aforesaid, and the said Alexander, Thomas, and Gilbert or their assigns shall, at his or their proper costs and charges within five years now next coming, erect and build and fully finish upon the premises
