The said ffowerth day of September the said Com[m]issiono[r]s for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Aughey o Harron of Cumber in the late County of London Derry gentleman and Rory o Harron gentleman ffather of the said Aughey Doe conclude and agree that the said Aughey and Rory and their assignes shall have and hold all those three townelands com[m]only called or knowen by the several name or names of Terry-glossen Killicorr and Kynquillbrack [...] or by whatsoever name or names the same or any of them be called or known contayneinge by estimac[i]on one thousand acres Irish measure and all cabins edifices and buildinges thereupon and alsoe all wayes and p assages to the foresaid premisses or anie parte thereof, belonginge or formerly enjoyed therewith with and under such and the like Excepc[i]on and for the terme of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob nowe last past for and under the yearly rent of four and twenty pounds sterlinge payable in such manner and at such dayes and times and with under and upon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid Agreement made by the said Com[m]issio[ner]s and John Monntgomery beforenamed are conteyned with this further agreem[en]t That if the said Aughey and Rory and their assignes shall with in [...] yeares nowe next com[m]einge ffence incoppice and inclose with Dikes and double quicksett fower acres Irish measure of the wood and wood grounds percell of the foresaid premisses and the same fenc[e]s [and] inclosures shall well and sufficiently preserve and keepe duringe the said terme, And alsoe the same fower acres shall dureinge the said term preserve and keepe as coppicewoods from hurt or spoile, A nd upon every fell that shal[l] be made thereof shall newe encoppice the same after the manner and usage in England, and shall alsoe preserve and keepe upon every acre of the foresaid wood ground upon every fellinge and cuttinge of the said woods soe to be encopp iced thi rty younge storriers and thirtie standalls of oake and ashe fitt to make tim ber trees. 6. Shane Rowe o Mullan

The said ffowerth day of September the said Com[missioner]s for and on his Ma[ies]t[ie]s beh alf by vertue of the said Com[m]ission and Shane Rowe o Mullan of ffaughanvale in the late County of London derry yeoman Doe conclude and agree that the said Shane and his assignes shall have and hold All that towneland com monly called or knowen by the name of Mulderick with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s or by whatsoever oth er name or names the same be called or knowen cont aininge by estimation [...] hundred and seaven and thirtie acres Irishe measure and all cabins edif ices and buildinges thereupon with all wayes and passages to the foresaid premiss es or any parte thereof belonginge or formerly enioyed therew[i]th w ith and und er such and the like Excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob nowe last past for and under the yearely rent of nyne pounds sterlinge Payable in such manner and at such dayes and tymes and w[i]th under and upon such and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid Agreem[en]t made by the said Com[m]ission[er]s and Arthur mc Closkey be forenamed are conteyned In wittnes whereof the said Com[m]issiono[rs] and the said Shane Rowe O Mullan have put[t] to their hands the day and yeare above written:

The said fourth day of September, the said commissionors for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Aughey O’Harron of Cumber in the late county of Londonderry, gentleman, and Rory O’Harron, gentleman, father of the said Aughey, do conclude and agree that the said Aughey and Rory and their assigns shall have and hold all those three townlands commonly called or known by the several name or names of Tirglassan, Killycor and Kinculbrack […] or by whatsoever name or names the same or any of them be called or known, containing by estimation one thousand acres Irish measure and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, and also all ways and passages to the foresaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exception and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of four and twenty pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Montgomery beforenamed are contained, with this further agreement that if the said Aughey and Rory and their assigns shall, within […] years now next coming, fence, encoppice, and enclose with dikes and double quicksett four acres Irish measure of the wood and woodgrounds parcel of the foresaid premises, and the same fences and enclosures shall well and sufficiently preserve and keep during the said term, and also the same four acres shall, during the said term preserve and keep as coppicewoods from hurt or spoil, and upon every fell that shall be made thereof shall new encoppice the same after the manner and usage in England, and shall also preserve and keep upon every acre of the foresaid woodground upon every felling and cutting of the said woods so to be encoppiced, thirty young storiers and thirty standalls of oak and ash fit to make timber trees. 6. Shane Rowe O’Mullan

The said fourth day of September, the said commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Shane Rowe O’Mullan of Faughanvale in the late county of Londonderry, yeoman, do conclude and agree that the said Shane and his assigns shall have and hold all that townland commonly called or known by the name of Mulderg with the appurtenances, or by whatsoever other name or names the same be called or known, containing by estimation […] hundred and seven and thirty acres Irish measure and all cabins, edifices, and buildings thereupon, with all ways and passages to the foresaid premisses or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with and under such and the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of nine pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Arthur McClosky beforenamed are contained.
